I like how it looks, but there is so much wrong with this whole process. Received the table, holes not aligned I had to drill my own for a couple pieces to even put it together. Fireplace showed up broken. No heat, reading E0 on the display. I ask for a replacement heater and they wanted me to disassemble the whole thing and return it. They decided to send me out the replacement first so i can take what I need and return the rest. Little rain tonight and they pushed my delivery date out another TWO weeks. I was supposed to have this last week! Unfortunately it’s what I’m using for heat on this side of the house now December 11th! Don’t buy, waste of time and money and just an absolute headache.

Do Not Buy any thing from Royal Craft Farmhouse. Their products are extremely cheap! Our fireplace insert quit 6 weeks after purchase. You can not talk to anyone from this company. Amazon customer service is as worthless as usual. I couldn’t understand one person because we don't have English speaking CS Help anymore. The only option they gave me was to return the unit. IT'S PUT TOGETHER ALREADY. Ij just wanted a new fp insert. It comes separately anyway. Amazon what in the hell is going on with you all. I've never seen a company nose dive this badly so quickly.
