I have long and fine lashes. Like super fine (and I don't mean "FIIIIIINE" in the good way). I mean fine like "Do you have eyelashes??" They are super blond and super long and sooo very hard to see. I've tried so many mascaras in my time - some have been awesome...and darn near broke my budget. And I could only get them online and of course - then they would just disappear and I'd be left walking around getting asked (again) if I have eyelashes (and eyebrows - that's a different monster...they joys of being blonde and very pale). And then I found this. I wasn't sure how this would look and if it would truly make my eyelashes volumonous...instead of just long and spider leggy looking with clumps galore. So I purchased it (with a gift card...I wasn't about to spend MY money on it!). I tried it and HOLY RUSTED METAL BATMAN...I have eyelashes!! And they look FABULOUS! They don't look like spider legs. They have volume (but not that weird fakey looking kind) and NO CLUMPS. NONE. And it doesn't flake off. Let me say that again...NO CLUMPS NO FLAKING!!!! (excuse me while I dance a bit more) My super long eyelashes don't look crazy long - they just look great. People don't ask me if I have eyelashes or not - but they don't say, 'Hey I like your mascara." They have said, "Wow! Your eyes are beautiful!." I just smile and say thank you. Trust me - BUY THIS!! I used to purchase very expensive mascara and found that I was allergic to most of them until I tried Neutrogena. It goes on evenly and makes my eyes pop just lie a very expensive mascara. If you are on a budget or not, I highly recommend this mascara. Keeps the lashes moist and healthy in addition. Always remember to throw out your mascara after it has been opened for 6 months or more. I think this is why I developed problems with my eyes. It doesn't matter whether the product is expensive or reasonable, if it's old it can have bacteria on it! ... show more

I recieved the sample version and loved it. I tried all the top drug store name brands and fell in love with this one. It last long and give healthy look not cakey or wet look. I love that this mascara gives great volume, length but is easy on my sensitive watery eyes. Recently I seem to be allergic to eye makeup, especially mascara. But I'm so glad I found this stuff! It still makes my lashes full and plump but my eyes aren't allergic!
