The display is good (with adjustable brightness). The only cons are that the light bar on top (for "ambient light") is too bright, even at lowest setting, and it is cumbersome to reach alarm settings poorly designed to be on the back. It also will charge your phone, although I will not use it for that (port is also on the back and in an awkward place). The USB cord that powers the clock is quite short. This is a great alarm clock. The numbers are large and easy to read. The clock has both 12 and 24 hour settings. The night white light for the snooze alarm is a little bight, but the colors for the night light are fine. The time and alarm are easy to set, but I would like to see the buttons (on the back of the clock) could be a little bigger or perhaps a color that would stand out but just a small thing.
