This product was listed as new but received a product that was anything but new. Charger was sloppily laying on top with a ding out of charging port. Didn’t even try it as I just received it an hour ago. If used list as used so I can get new as I wanted. Since it’s FBA I’m guessing it’s a return that made its way back into inventory. Will update when/if addressed

Doesn't feel particularly "high quality", but works well and only charged once since I got it 2 weeks ago. The stand feels a little cheap. Overall seems like a good purchase.

Can’t figure out how to do continuous scan to where you just wave the barcode under the scanner and it wakes up automatically. It goes to sleep immediately so you have to double click it to wake up. Also if you misplace the paper for reprogramming Sorry for you, you may need to find the website to change any settings. Also it’s not very good scanning as it does not scan every time. I had high hopes for it but it is more sluggish than I expected. Battery life is very good and I appreciate the stand however it’s useless really since you can’t scan unless you press the button… I’ve asked a question for help but no answer so I may return it if I can’t figure it out.

So got this as we are opening a store front. As I am trying to use it, I tried to scan a bar code it wouldn’t even scan it, I used a bar code generator didn’t scan them either. Only will scan already done bar codes a certain size. It’s very hard to understand why. I just needed this for my store we are opening… had to buy another as I through the box it came in away. Ugh!
