Works much better than I thought it would. Has one period every day for 30 minutes to an hour that the signal is in and out while streaming. We live in the middle of nowhere. Tons of trees and 90% of the time only 1 bar on cell phones. It’s a ton faster than Hughes with 4 to 5 devices connected. But does go through the data. We switched to the unlimited preimium plan. I am using the explorer 2 Air Card to run my 2 credit card machines in the NYC Subway System. I got rid of my 2 telephone lines which were used for processing creir card sales no internet service available down in the hole. I am using AT&T cellular WiFi and get incredible reception without interruptions. Processing sales are a breeze, no waiting for dialing. I am saving about $150. a month by cutting the cord from Verizon Business Phone lines with service issues every 2 to 3 months. Sometimes I had no phone service for 2 or 3nweeks before they could sent a service tech to my store. I earn about 300% a month by not having to pay Verizon for their horrible telephone service. ... show more

It was an opened box item when it arrived. See the photo. Not happy but I had no other choice because of an upcoming trip. Then comes the huge disappointment. It is NOT unlocked. It does not recognize my SIM card (a non-AT&T SIM card). The setup menu asks me to enter an 8-digit unlock code. Photo attached. Very disappointed. Amazon, if you are watching this. Please do a better job moderating your retail business platform. Do not allow Sellers selling something that does not do what they are advertising.     • Works as intended
I thought I bought new but was sent a used one. The SIM card that came with it was useless, but I let it slide since I took it to AT&T anyway. It works as intended, but sometimes it won't turn on when it's completely off and I have to remove the battery and put it back in in order for it to turn on.

The mobile hot spot came quickly. It is new and turned on without an issue. It is an unlocked device. Some carriers such as ATt in my case require that i still call them and register the imei number of the device with their network. Once i did this the device started to work fine. The hotspot worked as advertised in Puerto Rico. It was activated in April in Liberty’s wireless network (previously AT&T). The device was indeed unlocked and performed flawlessly during our 10 day stay in the island. Ran video calls and connected to Internet without issues. Successfully connected multiple devices to the hotspot.. Saved $75 compared to procuring a hotspot directly from Liberty. Recommend it. ... show more

We get fast internet with this Netgear and good wifi. This is the only way we can get internet at our house. I am very pleased with the speed and streaming a movie works well also. This is a plus in my book!
