    • They are constantly frozen or not able to play music
We bought these for our kids to have music players and podcast players, but they don’t work they are constantly frozen and not working when we need them to work. Unfortunately the return window has closed or stuck with these bricks. Hoping to save someone from the same trouble

Don't know much about battery life yet. I don't use it much. A bit of texting. The deal I got was great and it is a fine phone, fairly easy for granny (me) to function. I'm still learning. I bought it because of the brand.
