The Sim doesn't work. According to the customer service at T-Mobile this has been an ongoing issue with sim being sold through Amazon. Its a waste of time. Now I have to go fine time to return this Sim. Please rectify this issue. Thank you.

I bought this SIM starter pack mainly to get an old iPhone 13 working again, and it did the job perfectly. Once I popped the SIM in, the phone unlocked enough that my niece can now use it freely when connected to WiFi. Setup was simple and quick with the included SIM key made it easy to open the tray. The triple cut design is convenient too since you can adjust the size depending on the phone, though I only needed the nano. This is not for T Mobile prepaid service, only postpaid. Spent a long time with online chat, dialed 611 as mentioned in another review and was met with dead ends using this for the $15.00 T Mobile Connect prepaid plan. Drove to store and was told the same thing and they showed me the differences between a prepaid and postpaid SIM card. Seller should make this crystal clear in the description so folks don't waste time like I did. Luckily it looks like I'll be able to return it. The T Mobile store gave me a free SIM card and charged $10.00 for a connectivity (activation) fee. ... show more
