I’m in the 2nd trimester of pregnancy and I’m having a hard time getting comfortable in bed or waking up without pain. I got a big U-Shaped pregnancy pillow but it was awful. It was fluffy, but offered 0 support and firmness. Also the stuffing made me so hot! I decided to try this and I’m soooo glad I did! The memory foam means it actually has some support and firmness to it and it stays pretty cool. It is heavy, but it’s worth it. I put it between my legs and hug the pillow with a 2nd pillow behind my back for extra support. I can ACTUALLY sleep in my bed again! And I don’t wake up with pain and stiffness. Highly recommend if the traditional pregnancy pillow isn’t working for you. Make sure you let the foam rise for 72hrs. Apparently there may be an odor after opening it, but I haven’t noticed anything or it already dissipated. (I also didn’t actually wait the 72hrs but had no issues) ... show more

I like a thin pillow and was able to take each of these pillows and turn it into additional thin ones. Plenty of filling. But if you like a thick fluffy pillow, these are amazing as-is. The cool side of the cover really works. I don’t understand how it works, but it’s very cool to the touch. Very refreshing in the middle of a warm night. Although it states it is a queen size it is far from it. Once it is aired out the measurements are 16x24 and does not fit a queen size pillow case. In questioning if it will fit in a standard sized pillow case. Beware that their version of a queen is not the regular version of a queen sized pillow. These pillows are overstuffed with bits of what I think is cooling gel foam. Too heavy and uncomfortable to use as-is, but very comfortable once you remove some to adjust to your preference. That being said, I don't use this for my head, but as a body pillow between or under my knees for support. Most firm pillows make my head and ears hurt, and soft ones don't support my neck enough. (The only pillow I use for my head is the gusseted MyPillow, and it's worth every cent. ) Once I removed some stuffing, I had enough to put into 2 decorative pillow covers that i had, and now I have a couple of super comfy pillows for my couch too. It comes with its own washable cover. If you're OCD like me and put another cover over it, and then your pillowcase over that, it won't keep as cool and it will be hot, or hotter, than any other pillow. So just don't. ... show more
