When I pulled these pillow covers out of the package my first thought was that they looked kind of cheap. I almost returned them. But I gave them a chance and was pleasantly surprised. With pillow insert they look much better. In the end I realized their silky-like finish is perfect in my home where I have 2 dogs, one who sheds a lot.
