Excellent Headset for Livestreaming! Great Sound and Very Little Background Noise

I purchased this NUBWO wireless gaming headset primarily for doing livestreams and recording videos. I wanted something that would allow me to hear everything clearly while also improving how my voice sounds during recordings. So far, I'm really happy with it! I've only used it a handful of times, but the sound quality has been excellent. Everything comes through clearly when I'm listening, and I've been impressed with how good the microphone sounds when recording videos. Another thing I've noticed is that it seems to do a pretty good job minimizing background noise. I have several dogs, and occasionally they'll start barking or howling while I'm recording. Fortunately, the headset doesn't seem to pick up nearly as much of that background noise as I was expecting. I'm not sure whether it has some type of noise cancellation built in, but whatever it's doing seems to work pretty well for my needs. The price was also reasonable, especially considering how well it's performed so far. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this headset. The sound quality is great, the microphone works well for my videos, and the reduced background noise is a nice bonus. I procured the NUBWO Wireless Gaming Headset after the incident with the temporal rift in my laundry room. My roommate, Gary, refused to call an exorcist. He stood near the washing machine with a spatula. "They are stealing the fabric softener," Gary whispered. "They thirst for the Downy." I needed a distraction. I needed auditory isolation. The NUBWO provided salvation. The foam ear cups are plush. They cradle the skull with the tenderness of a mother bird feeding her young (assuming the mother bird is constructed of high-quality synthetic leather). Speaking of birds, my uncle bred ostriches in the late nineties before the authorities halted his unlicensed plumage distribution. Ostriches are terrible listeners; they lack spatial awareness. This headset does not lack spatial audio. The 3D surround sound allowed me to pinpoint the exact location of enemy footsteps in my game. It also allowed me to ignore the wet squelching sounds originating from our utility closet. The microphone is crisp. It picks up a whisper. It picks up a sigh. "Gary," I said into the mic, testing the feedback loop in my Discord server. "Gary, please put the spatula down." "The rift demands a sacrifice," Gary replied from the hallway. "The Downy is insufficient." My guildmates heard everything. "Is your roommate okay?" my raid leader asked. "Is he making a casserole?" "He is defending the realm," I answered. The NUBWO microphone caught the exact frequency of Gary weeping as the temporal anomaly consumed our ironing board. The noise-canceling feature on the mic ensured my guild heard my tactical callouts and Gary's sobbing. The washing machine's rhythmic thumping was filtered out. Wireless range is a critical factor for any serious gamer. I tested the limits of the 2.4GHz connection during a boss fight. The battery life is stated to be around fifty hours (a conservative estimate in my experience). I wore the headset for three days straight. 5 stars! These headphones have been great! I purchased them back in November of 2024. They are still going strong today with fantastic battery life and sound. They still look how they did when I got them 2 years ago! I have had 2 sets of turtle beaches and these are by far better from a durability standpoint. I would and will buy these again. No mute on 3.5mm mode!

Setup was easy syncing to iPad via Bluetooth easily and my ps4 using the dongle that is included. The volume knob feels very stout and the sound quality is quite surprising to be honest. The foam of the ear pads is comfy and fits my big ass head quite well. Can’t speak for battery life just yet, but they came charged. Two thing in the negative category though, you can’t mute when you’re using the 3.5mm connection which is extremely disappointing and will most likely be the reason I return them. Also (and this may be on Amazon more than anything) but the Alexia AI said they muted by swiveling the boom, which is not the case at all. The boom feels cheap, and I’m afraid of how well it will work because mine only comes down just below my nostrils, not in front of my mouth (as previously stated, big ass head). ... show more
