It works well enough, but it really is just a piece of cardboard with a flimsy hoop attached to it. The net comes out of place on the little hooks every time you throw the ball in. Although it is cheaper than any other hoop, I'd still say that it's overpriced for what it is. I would have given fewer stars, but my toddler son had sooo much fun with my husband (he would pick up our son and let him dunk) and he laughed harder than I've ever heard him laugh before, so I have no regrets about buying this.
