I really like the drink it’s sugar free I do feel more energized and hydrated in the short time I have been drinking it. I must say the price is a bit steep I purchased about 3 weeks ago and paid $28.76. I am now looking at the listing and it’s listed for $39 I am hesitant to purchase because of the price. This stuff works! I was a little skeptical to purchase this at first because everyone is different, but I will say it was for me! It has me falling asleep at night within 30 minutes and i don’t wake up in the middle of the night anymore. It was instant to, the first night I drank it, I was out like a light. I noticed after a week of drinking it I’m less bloated in the face and stomach. Another perk to this drink is I am full of life in the morning, and trust me I am not a morning person by any means. I bought this because many of the things in it, I already use. I have really felt the difference when I drink it and when I don’t during my work day, it keeps me calm and clear headed. Bonus: it helps me drink more water because I like the flavor.

I have struggles sleeping at night and this product works. I drink a packet before I got to bed and about 15 min after drinking the whole glass I’m out for the night. The tropical flavor is what I have and to me it taste like a Flinstone vitamin and smells so good! Can’t wait to try more flavors

Taste good, and when mixed it doesn’t leave it chalky or any texture. I did not noticed any difference in body or face like I had seen in reviews. I did not have any side effects. I do believe every body works differently and I can say that it did help with premenstrual moodiness. I really liked this calming drink. It is quite sweet but i just doubled the water and that helped cut the sweetness way down. It mixes up quite well. No chalky or gritty texture and doesn’t take long to dissolve. I did notice a difference in how easily i fell asleep and my quality of sleep after just a couple days of using this. I didn’t notice any side effects other than some nausea if i didn’t water it down enough. That’s just me though. My stomach doesn’t do well with overly sweet drinks. It is pricey and while i only drank it once a day in the evening it did last me a while I would say it’s not really worth the price. I’m sure there’s something comparable for less money out there.
