😅Okay so when I bought this, I had no idea that it was a weight 🙃 loss supplement. I thought it was just a regular multivitamin supplement, but then on my second month and second bottle, I noticed that I couldn’t eat my regular portion size 😳 that’s when I knew that something was wrong. Well not wrong per se but something was going on outside of the normal. I couldn’t only eat small portions. I was also working out 5 days a week (heavy lifting only, no cardio) and I noticed that my body felt lighter. My stomach felt flatter, my back fat reduced…my butt wasn’t as plump 😒. So I stopped taking the supplement because I wasn’t over weight. And by curbing my appetite, I wasn’t able to consume adequate amount of macronutrients to aid my muscle building goals in the gym. Product is good. I bought it because of the price at the time. I was going to order again but the price had about doubled. Although it’s a good product, I don’t think it’s worth the price.
