This product worked really well. I only used it on the weekends when I was walking a lot. However, now that I have had it for a while I only have one problem with it. The velcro does not hold now. That's too bad since it is really a good brace and it did a good job.

Over a year ago I tore my acl and minicus and bought a steel hinged brace from Neenca. The stability and comfort was perfect. No lie, this knee brace helped me strengthen all the muscles around my injury. As i await knee surgery this product survived I+ years of continual stress as I work construction. It has never failed me. I had to modify Velcro straps with metal hooks from the dollar store and it continued in strength long after. I pushed the knee brace to the limit and it made it. With my strengths built up in my knee I'm glad to go with a less impactful brace. I've put this new brace on and not only do I feel the same strengths it's much lighter and breathable. Neenca has saved me when I saw no hope in site for surgery. I'm a fan and recommend to all. FYI sizing chart is accurate. My first purchase I was border line 20" and didn't know to do large or extra large. What I found is that over time the unit does stretch from sweat and oils in your skin. So this time I took the low road with a large. It fits but I know it will stretch a bit in time making it a perfect fit based on sweat and absorption. If your a 20" your on the border of two sizes. Take the lesser knowing over time it will expand. Some sink will come after 6+months of hard wear and tear. Even after washing gently the sweat sink will return. Not to worry, I bought a separate deodorant stick that I apply before putting the brace on. Keeps things smelling Gucci! I love this manufacturer. Solid 10👍 for my review.

I have been using another brand of this type of knee stabilizer for several years, but decided to give this NEENCA brand a try; the other brand only lasts a year. It appears to be made as well as the other brand, but due to the size, it was uncomfortable. I am a small woman (average height, size Small in clothing) and the measurements listed for size, indicated that the smallest size, a medium, would fit well. In order to have a snug fit, and for the velcro to overlap well on both ends (both top and bottom), and for the straps to do the same, this stabilizer was too tight. I did return it, but decided to go back to my original brand, as I know that I can get the fit and feel that is comfortable for me. Even though this NEENCA is a bit more expensive, I can pay for these with FSA funds, so the difference in cost was not an issue, but comfort is!

Needed to stabilize my knee after getting older, I guess. I didn't hurt myself or anything so who knows, but it worked and allowed me to keep working without any pain. Was able to move up and down ladders, bend and flex. It's fairly easy to adjust the tightness and it stays in place while you're moving, so that was a YUGE plus. The secondary support straps make a big difference as well. Glad I bought this brace, not glad I'm getting old.
