My husband and I both need to wear knee sleeves or braces nearly continuously. We are have pain and weakness in our knees that make things like standing and walking very difficult. Sometimes impossible! These are the best braces I have found for my husband! They are comfortable and provide excellent support. He generally uses on the one knee that is more painful and remove braces when he goes to bed. Sizing is perfect, they do not slip or bunch up, really improves mobility. Slides down, no matter how tight

Was a bit hesitant to order these if they would be "helpful"...well these are! I had a right knee total replacement (TKR) 3 years ago & have tightness in that knee but the left knee is scheduled to be replaced in November & I've put more pressure on the right knee that is causing pain, besides the pain in the left & wearing these with the straps have been very "helpful" in relieving most of the pain. Ordered a second pair as I wear them all day.

The fabric is really thick and nice with the silicone gripper on top and bottom, I had to return mine because the strips were just too tight but I ordered another pair without the elastic strips. I am sure those will be just as great!
