I have owned my nectar bed and my pillows for over a year, got new pillows for another room that I don’t even have a nectar mattress in however plan to eventually. I will tell you that after a year of use I genuinely sleep better on their product. And it still holds form it has no issues the pillow continues to feel just like day one. I rarely take the time to do reviews, but I felt like I had to do this review because of how superior this product is. I do a lot of weightlifting, and sometimes my muscles can be sore from workouts, but this bed and these pillows absolutely make everything feel better. ... show more

Recently my wife and I bought a new Nectar bed, which came with a complementary set of items, including two of their regular pillows. I slept on their pillow for about 10 days, and found that I like it better than my current pillow. I am very picky about my pillow, and have literally tried dozens. I am always looking for something that is soft, but for which my head doesn’t sink too far, as keeping my spine in alignment is critical for me avoiding waking up with neck pain. I also am looking for cooling properties, as I get hot, especially during the summer months. Since I liked the regular Nectar pillow, I hoped that I would be even more impressed with their premium alternative, and was excited about the adjustability of the pillow. As soon as I took the pillow out of the box I had doubts. But I wanted to give it time to air out and expand, so after pushing and punching on it as the instruction told us to do with our original Nectar pillows, I then set it on a table for 48 hours and let it be. Unfortunately, I could tell then that this pillow was simply underfilled. Even with both gussets zipped up, it was still not as firm or high as the standard Nectar pillow. Unzipping even one of the gussets left the pillow way to flat. This is a real disappointment. I slept with it for several nights, hoping that the sleeping experience would prove my observations to be misguided, but they do not. I have gone back to the regular Nectar pillow, which I still think is the best pillow I have used in years. I am just very disappointed that this pillow was such a letdown. Finally, the perfect pillow. I’ve tried every other memory foam pillow and it’s been expensive and disappointing! This one is it. I’ve had it for about a year and right away I stopped having neck problems. It has held up really well. My spouse has one too and loves it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I had high hopes for this pillow, but after months of using it I can say I don't love it. The "adjustable" zippers really don't do much of anything for changing the shape of the pillow. The pillow seemed to get pretty flat for only a couple months use. I think the only positive with this pillow is the cooling technology - that part is nice. Just not a very supportive pillow, especially for side sleepers. ... show more
