I’ve been sleeping in this mattress for several weeks now so I can offer my assessment. This replaced a very inexpensive mattress that was horrible to sleep on. This mattress is a huge improvement. I like the hybrid style and it seems firm enough that it offers good support and soft enough that I don’t wake up sore. Do not order one of these mattresses. If you do, just know that it will wear out in a few months and their "365 day trial" is very very difficult to get your money back. You won't actually get your money back. You'll get a voucher. I had the worst back pain after using this for a few months and I'm still waiting on my "voucher" "refund". They will come pick the mattress up and ghost you .I'm sitting here with no mattress. I had to go buy a camping air mattress to sleep on. I'm going to end up probably having to sue this company. They've left me mattressless and without the financial means to buy another one. Absolutely disgusting business practice. ... show more

This is my first hybrid and it is very comfortable to sleep in. It is firm which I like and it’s very comfortable and not too hard to set up. Amazon delivery was great. They delivered it right up on my porch and I carried it up to the second floor. If you can have a partner help you carried up the stairs would probably be better . I unpacked it , there is a barcode on the box and it will tell you how to set it up, which is very helpful. It would be nice to have instructions inside the box that were printed. It’s a comfortable bed… and I understand everyone has their own definition of soft vs firm. I would recommend it if you are a back sleeper, but that’s about it. Too soft for a side or stomach sleeper. You will sink in and your spin becomes out of alignment.
