I tend to sleep warm and this mattress stays comfortable through the night. Setup was easy (typical mattress-in-a-box), and it expanded quickly once unwrapped. I think this bed is seriously impressive. It feels amazing to sleep on every single night. The support is outstanding, and I wake up feeling properly supported instead of stiff or sore. The thickness, especially on top of a metal frame, makes the bed sit fairly high, which I actually like. It gives it a substantial, a huge functional feel as we use under the bed as storage now. On top of that, it’s incredibly cozy and i think for me it is the perfect balance of supportive and comfortable. The main reason I replaced my old mattress was the noise and back pain. It creaked every time I moved, and it was constantly waking my partner up. This mattress completely solved that problem. It’s totally silent so far, and that makes getting in and out of bed is peaceful now, and there’s no more disruption during the night. As for weight, it is pretty hefty. 2nd Update: we have decided to return the mattress. We are so thankful for the 365 night trial. We feel this mattress may just be a bit too soft for us. While it’s extremely comfortable to feel like we are sleeping “in” the mattress, we don’t think it was ideal for my neck, shoulders, and back. So far Nectar customer service has been extremely helpful. I had to send photos of the mattress, then they sent someone to pick it up. Now, just waiting for a refund. They tell me it will take 10-15 days. They asked for my bank account info, which I wasn’t fond of, but hoping it will all turn out ok! UPDATE: I’m still sleeping very well and overall really like the mattress. I’m concerned it will wear out quickly though. We bought it in September and it’s now March and we had to rotate the mattress because I was getting very noticeable back and neck soreness every morning that was different than the original soreness I experienced. The mattress was noticeably more stiff when we rotated it, so we will see as time progresses if continuing to rotate it every few months will do the trick. I did a ton of research about mattresses. My husband and I are both primarily back sleepers, and he has some sciatic nerve pain. His nerve pain is now gone, and we are sleeping great. I love that I can barely feel when he moves! I’m dealing with a little bit of back and neck soreness but I think I have to figure out my pillow situation since I sink into this mattress more than my previous one. For reference, we are mid-30’s. I've always tried these Tempurpedic like beds but I've never done anything but sunk inside of them. This is the cheapest model and it is amazing. I'm a side sleeper and before I would wake up with my hips hurting and my shoulders killing me. When you lay in it you sinking just enough for it's a mold around you but that's it it's not hard it's not soft it's definitely what Goldilocks would choose ! This bed is so comfortable I would buy it in a heartbeat if you're considering it.it is worth it! ... show more
