This sofa is small but good for our needs. It’s not soft but we still find it comfortable. I like to sit on it and read. Make sure you know how small it is before you purchase it. I don’t know how it could be returned as it comes in a small box. When guest stay over I put a foam pad under the sheets to make it more comfortable. It took us about 1&1/2 hours to put together. Important tip: the sofa came with two sets of directions. We didn’t see the second set of directions (which were the ones we should have used) until we were breaking up the box to recycle it. So make sure you check the box before assembling. I gave it 5 stars because it suits our needs perfectly and is reasonably priced. ... show more

    • Like the couch..not the instructions for assembly.
This love seat is perfect for my RV. It took awhile to get it. I like the firmness of the cushions...have not slept on it yet. I do have a very puffy mattress pad that I will be using when someone needs to sleep on it. As far as I'm concerned it only had one minus to it and that is that the instructions to put it together are a bit sketchie...my son put it together for me and last night I had to say extra prayers for him due to his language as he was assembling it!!! I can no quote him on here but he said the directions could have been a lot better. All in all I'm very happy with it and the price is great. ... show more

Love, love, LOVE this couch! It is so convenient and easy to convert into the lounger or bed- my young daughter can even convert it by herself. It is also super sturdy! My husband and I are both over 6 foot, and we can both sit on it without it feeling the least bit creaky or unsteady. My only complaint is the amount of cushion. It is very stiff and the cushions are rather thin. The cushions do come vacuum packed, and it does take a few days for them to fully inflate. But even then, they're still thin and stiff.
