My husband and I travel in a travel trailer with 5 (yes 5) dogs. We kept tripping over their dog bowls so I decided to try this product and I have to say, I love it. It keeps their food and water in one place, and it's big enough that we see it--we don't kick it. The water bowl is twice as deep as the food bowl which is perfect for my five-dog family since they mostly eat people food anyway. But when they do eat and drink, this thing catches the mess--all you have to do is clean it to see how much of a mess it catches. Everything goes into the bottom. To clean it you just take the two pieces apart and wash. It's a perfect heigh for my small dogs so we didn't even need to buy legs. The dogs love it and so do we. It could be sturdier is my only complaint. The plastic is a little lightweight but I love that it's a neat and clean one-stop shop for my puppies.

I recently got my second greyhound. For Malcolm, my first one, I had a wire stand that held two dishes at a good height for him, but there was plenty of mess on the floor after he ate, or especially after he drank. Got a Neater Feeder for my new doggo, Ryan: he's happy with it, and no mess! BTW it kind of strains the meaning to say that assembly is required; all you do is take the two halves out of the box, turn the top half over and place it on the bottom half. Very happy with the product, and definitely recommend it. P.S. I also got the slow-feeding food bowl (didn't have one for Malcolm) and it does the job, too.

I recently adopted an elderly English Bulldog with a severe underbite. The regular stainless food and water bowls were too shallow for her. Every mealtime more food ended up on the floor than in her and she won’t eat food off of the floor. She was constantly flooding the kitchen floor just trying to drink to the point it ruined my floors. I wish I had this from the beginning!! The bowls are at the perfect height for her and the depth of the bowls allow her to actually eat her food. Even the water bowl depth is perfect for her. Very little water ends up in the reservoir. It’s also easy to clean. We are both much happier!!

My dog has been using this feeder for over 1 month and we both like it. It’s a neat way to serve his meals and he even rests his head or feet on it sometimes when he’s relaxing in his pen. This feeder is a great way to contain spills and spare the carpet or floor from a big mess. My pitbull puppy tends to get the Zoomies and bump into the feeder often. He is growing fast and now that he’s 18 pounds at 2 months old he’s pretty powerful. That being said, he has managed to flip the feeder over once or twice. But, the overwhelming majority of spills land where they are supposed to- in the bottom of the feeder, thanks to those handy drainage holes. I recommend this feeder to others. It is a fancier, more elevated way to serve your dog meals than plopping the bowls directly on the floor.

I needed to get a new food/water bowl set for Molly, my little 16 pound yorkie mix because she leaves an incredible water mess all over the floor and drops the morsels of food that she has no intention of eating on the floor. I went with the deluxe Small Dog model. The metal bowls are not as sturdy as the metal dog dish that this is replacing. But the bowls will suffice. The water bowl is advertised as holding 2.2 cups of water, well, it holds exactly 2 cups which is .20 cups short, although 2 cups is better than the 1 & 1/2 cup capacity that this new bowl is replacing so, I am ok with the liquid volume. Molly still removes the morsels she has no intention of eating & drops the kibble/morsels on the floor, so this feeder does nothing to stop food from getting on the floor. Now, after Molly eats her kibble, she always gets a squirt of whipped cream for dessert, when licking the bowl, the entire feeding dish moves causing the water to spill, with this new feeder, the water still leaves the bowl BUT, it is contained and no longer slops up the floor. So far the water bowl works as intended; splashes and falls through the holes. I would have rated the product with 5 stars but, it falls short with the less than advertised water capacity and the fact that the bowls could be sturdier, especially given how expensive this unit is.

My dog's jaw is a bit disabled, and when he drinks gobs of water and saliva fall everywhere. It makes a huge mess and also makes the water too gross for my other dog to drink from if he doesn't get there first. I use this for two water dishes instead of one food bowl, and it's really cut down on water splashed around the house and helps me not have to rinse and refill a shared bowl one minute after setting it down.

If you have a Labrador, you know the mess they create from slurping up water. This has been a life savior. I don’t know why I didn’t get it sooner.. before my floor decided to bubble! My boy loves to stick his nose in the bowl (which the bowl it comes with is perfect depth), and the food dish is perfect too for his portion of every day feeding.. no mess on the floor, just have to clean & empty water at the bottom of the tank every so often; beats a bubbled a floor though. Good purchase, that’s for sure.

Eating more nearest their natural head level is supposed to aid in digestion rather than them having to bend head all the way down to floor. This dog dish is a MUST HAVE. I have three dogs, so I now have 3 of these and they're absolutely the best. they're super easy to keep clean and the floor around them also stays clean. There really isn't much to assembling them, just basically placing them together, and they're definitely sturdy! I have 1 German Shepherd and 2 Golden Retrievers, so I have purchased all Large. They're perfect! I've tried quite a few different dishes and this is definitely my favorite!

the concept of this idea is great. It works well for splash and messiness. I just wish it was actually for a LARGE dog. My miniature poodle (15lbs) can access it well but the dog we bought it for, an English Mastiff, cannot get full off the small bowels. If they ever make it larger, I would definitely reorder.
