These are amazing and so soft. I love that they come with extra fill and you can add or remove to your desired firmness. I'm still playing with different levels of fill but they're so comfy and I don't have the neck pain I had with other pillows!

The pillows with the memory foam aren't bad. You can add and take away how much foam you want in them. But the pillow cases are definitely not "cooling" cases. I have to flip them numerous times a night.

Was not sure about all this talk of "filler" material/foam bits, etc. But I have to say, that are really nice and firm/soft. Yup - firm-soft! So you get an extra bag of fill to use to fluff them up some more if you want. The trick here is that you have to wait at TWO days solid for these pillows to fully expand from the vacuum packing they come in. But if you wait the two days (not one), then they should be completely expanded. I love em'. Plus they have really nice zipper covers that are really upscale looking and feeling. The media could not be loaded. Love love this pillows! I got them por my kids and they love it! It comes with extra stuffing, it is puffy, super soft to the touch, it stays cool throughout the night, it is plushy but firm enough so you don’t sink into it and it doesn’t get flat ones you allow it to fully inflate. I put them in the dryer with some drying sheets (but AFTER it was done fully expanding) and it made it even more fluffy and it helped to make the very small smell that had to it go away and smells good. One of my kids likes to sleep with her head higher up while the other one likes to sleep more with a lower pillow so I put the extra memory foam that came in the package into her pillow plus took some memory foam from the other her sister’s pillow and put it into that one, now they are even more happy than the first night so I love that you can customize your own pillow this way. ... show more

Pillows are great! I like that you can add or take out filling. Only thing I'm not fond of is the outer cover. Too slippery. Makes the pillow case easier to slide off.

I seem to be on a search for the ultimate best pillow. I've found them. It is heavier than a regular polyester pillow, a feature I love. It is cool to sleep on and easy to smash into a comfortable position. And reasonably priced.
