The item I'm reviewing is: NBXEW 2 Pack Wireless Controller Compatible with PS4 - Black & White To start I want to clarify that this is a 2 pack of wireless PS4 styled controllers that come with 1 white controller and one black controller. My review is covering my initial impressions after some normal use and not extensive scientific tests. Additionally, I'm not familiar with the brand and have no experience with any support they may or may not provide. In the listing pictures you don't see any face button graphics but mine did have a variant of the PlayStation square, triangle, circle and cross. The controllers felt surprisingly good with great grip on both the back and analogue sticks. The buttons were satisfying to click without being too loud. Weight felt satisfying but not too heavy while also not feeling cheap. I compared this to my older PS4 controller that has a worn left thumb stick and overall they're very similar. I get the impression that they won't suffer from the thumbstick plastic wearing in the same way. The shape is the same with slight differences in the lights. On these controllers the lights aren't the same shape as the PS4 controller has a triangular light and these are instead a rounded square. Moreover, these have extra lights on the top of the track pad which is nice. The colors are variable and bright. Finally, the biggest difference was the triggers which felt a little smoother and better on the OEM controller, still good though. For testing, I started by charging them both using a USB type-c cable. Something my old PS4 controller doesn't support so this is already a step up in that regard. They charged quickly and claim 12 hour battery life but I haven't tested that. No issues in my hour+ of playtime. They were both used on a PS4 and pairing was very simple with a USB cable connected to the PS4. Worked without issues wirelessly after initial pairing. Powering on and off the console also worked. The controls felt great but I didn't test gyro or the track pad on PS4. Next I tested them on a "PC" which was my steam deck. They paired easily holding the 'Home' + 'Share' buttons for 3 seconds until the lights flashed rapidly. Both controllers show up as "Wireless controller" and weren't color coded based on player. Ours were both blue. The track pad worked surprisingly well and the gyro took some tweaking but worked better on some games than others. Regarding the headphones port on the controller, I'd love it if they worked for PC (steam deck) but no such luck there. I didn't test them on the PS4 either but suspect they work has all other tested functions did. Summarily, great first impressions! The controllers felt great, you get two of them and they work on both PS4 and PC like devices over Bluetooth without issues. There are comparable or better controllers for around $30 but I haven't seen many such controllers bundled with two for so little. Definitely recommend if it suits your needs.

As of writing this review, this two pack of Playstation 4 controllers are $29.99 with a $4.50 off coupon, which is a fraction of the cost of a single Sony controller. Talk about value, it would cost you about half that for just battery replacements for the stock controllers. I'm always skeptical when purchasing 3rd party controllers like this, but was pleasantly surprised that they worked as well as they did. Granted, I'm comparing them to 10+ year old Sony controllers that have been beaten to hell, but playing with new, tighter feeling controllers is a joy. All of the buttons worked and felt similar to the stock controllers. The analog sticks worked but do feel a bit different, they added some knurled texture around the circumference of the tips. Not sure I love the feel, but I assume that texture could provide some extra grip if your hands get sweaty while you play. I didn't notice any analog drift, but caveat that the game I'm currently playing has the dead zones adjusted to handle my older controllers. The back piece of the controller has a bit of texture also for a little grip, the front piece is smooth--would have been nice for it all to have been slightly textured. Some aftermarket controllers don't bother to label the triangle, circle, square, X buttons, but these have labels. We have at least one gamer in the house that doesn't play frequently enough to have the buttons memorized. Not knowing which is which in a tense game situation can be frustrating, but that's not an issue with this pair. These controllers don't add any new bells and whistles, but they work like stock PS4 controllers for the fraction of the cost of the OEM.

If you have boys like me, you know they can be rough on their toys and controllers. This 2-pack is a lifesaver and such a money-saver! They look just like the original PS4 controllers but at a fraction of the price. Both work perfectly—no stick drift so far—and they connected to the PlayStation right out of the box with zero hassle. You get one black and one white controller, both well made and sturdy. I’ll definitely be grabbing more… because with my crew, it’s only a matter of time before another “accident” happens, lol!

These work great! They synced to the PS4 easy easy. They charged fairly quickly. They function great. No drift issues. I also like that unlike our original PS4 controllers, these have C charger ports. Since most chargers have went this route it makes it much easier to find charger cords for them!
