I love the look of this bed frame it seems to be built with quality materials however I’m not sure if it’s just my opinion however I feel as if the specs were not thought out very thoroughly. The size of a king size mattress is 80”x76” now for some reason every other king size bed frame you look for here or anywhere else is 79.5”x75.5” (very close) but this one seems to be 80”x72” which is 4” short on the width of the mattress. Which means your mattress will hang off the sides about 2 in on each side which to some can look ugly, personally I wasn’t a fan at first after putting on my bedding I ended up not minding since you can no longer see this imperfection, I decided to sleep on it and make sure it didn’t feel off towards the edges of my mattress since sometimes I like to hang off the side of my mattress during my sleep and it didn’t mess with the performance of the sides of my mattress either. Overall I ended up personally liking the bed frame however I would have loved it if it was to size! ... show more

All pieces and parts were included, and very straightforward assembly. Item arrived damaged in areas of the wood planks. It wouldn't have been a been a huge issue if it weren't for the laminate/plastic wood-look coating where the damage was. Now that its been used, the bed rocks front to back. Screws were tightened but the rocking issue is still there. I had ordered this for a short term rental and had no time to send back. The customer service is exceptional! I bought this bed for my son. He loved the frame, easy to build and it looks so much nicer in person. My son had to move and broke down the bed to make it easy to move. With the move he lost the screws. I contacted Customer Service and they immediately sent the screws and a PDF of the instructions. The bed arrived quickly and was fairly easy to put together. It did take 2 people, but went up pretty fast. Headboard did have some damage to one plank but would say it's a packaging issue.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I saw this product had no reviews. So I did buy this on a whim and took a chance since there were no reviews. The bed actually got here earlier than I expected which was nice. Putting it together wasn’t as bad as I expected. It was still a bit time consuming since I had to carefully look at the picture instructions. I mostly put it together myself, but when someone else was able to help me it made things a lot easier, but it’s possible to do by yourself. The reason I gave 4 stars though is because the frame is a lot lower than I expected it to be, which isn’t the end of the world. Also some of the wood slats were a bit tangled up and basically impossible to untangle, but I was able to make it work in the end. I’m planning to buy a box spring or something to help lift my mattress up. All in all though not a bad frame for the price! ... show more
