I'm honestly not sure why there would be bad reviews on this beautiful rug. What do people think they'll get for under $20?! To be honest, I was nervous while opening it that it was going to be awful. I was super impressed with the quality and how absolutely amazing this feels on my feet. My family loves it. The only negative feedback I have is that it absolutely smelled of plastic for about 30 minutes after opening the package. First thing I did was vacuum it on the high carpet setting on my vacuum then sprayed it lightly with my room spray and the smell was gone within 15 minutes. That wasn't a problem for me. Of course it's going to smell like plastic when it arrives in plastic. My rug had zero creases once I opened it. It laid out so nicely. I will be ordering another for my daughter's room! Don't hesitate on this. I promise it's great for what you're paying for it.

It is so soft and pretty. The size I picked 4x6 is just perfect. I grandkids make fluffy angels on on it. Also it had no creases and laid flat. It actually smelled like chocolate. Weird. Bit it is a nice rug for what I paid for it.....edit... I now have had it for a about 2.5 myths. It is not nice really any more. I vaccumm it alot. It picks up everything and it gets stuck in the carpet. It is still soft, but now some of the rug is matted and not fluffy anymore in some spots. I have never spilled anything on it either. Well you get what you pay for on this case. It is very thin and the rug fibers are very fine and looks likes it is balding. So sad. Glad I did not spend alot of money on this. I wish they did not cheat people on things like this. Why does China do that for. Your products suck.

I bought two of these rugs as a runner behind my coach to protect the carpet from my two dogs. They are admittedly hard on rugs. The rugs were the size listed-- pay attention to what size you need when ordering, but I thought they would be more like carpet and they were instead very fluffy. The color was as described and they lasted pretty well with regular use. Eventually my dogs are wearing them down and I will buy something less fluffy next time, but the rugs served my purpose. Depending on your decor, I think these rugs may be more useful in a hallway or living room, but some people may want something more formal or more like carpet, although this rug is decent quality for the price and in all fairness, I would expect to pay more for something more like carpet, less fluffy, and more formal, so it kind of depends on your plan for use. Also, if you are going to put the rug in a hallway that is only walked in by adults, no dogs or kids, it would last a long time-- it's just that in my case, we had active puppies and were using it with them, but that is not the product's fault. Hope you find the perfect rug for you!

The rug is flimsy with nothing plush or fulffy about it...maybe a step above a towel. When I asked for a refund I got the return sli[p but they then sent a "replacement" and now I must make another trip to make a return. I didn't want a retun I only wanted a refund and they have charged me to replace it. Terrible customer expereince. Desciption is not what the product actually is, plus the added task of an extra return to get themoney back for soemthing I did not request. I gave this one star becuase I cannot submit this reqiew with no stars.

We purchased these because my Daughter decided to use black makeup on our original carpet!! I love the color purple 4x6 it came in. So, my cat decided to pee on it, TMI I know. I had washed it in my XL washer-- /without an agitator/ /cold water/ /apple cider vinegar/ /Hang dry/ -and it cleaned beautifully! It's fluffier now that I washed it! This is the second time I've purchased this carpet in a bigger size and I definitely will again.
