Works as intended. Easy to put on and get off your bar. The tread on it does make it a bit unstable if your floor is not smooth, i.e. anything other than concrete. I have textured heavy rubber mats and have make sure the placement is between the texture or it is more wobbly than it needs to be. Overall happy with the purchase and price.

I carry this in my workout bag for my work gym. My regular landmine attachment is too heavy and bulky to carry so this is a great option. I also use this when doing some exercises with my other landmine it make the end of the bar easier to hold! Dual purpose.

The media could not be loaded. My gym has a single landmine attachment in a place where it’s hard to work around others, so this was a perfect solution. I like that it is light and I could throw it in my gym bag. Super easy to use- use it mostly for core work. Tiny tip- a touch of chalk before you slide it on the end will help removal.
