The scooter says what it does. Haven't tested the mileage yet but it takes awhile to pick up to 19mph but does the job. Drives well, brakes are really good, battery is fair, haven't tried the light at night yet, but one little problem it came with tires flat. Other than that it's great.

The media could not be loaded. It’s quick and easy, making the hilly parts of my trip enjoyable. Even on rough terrain, the 10-inch pneumatic tires provide a smooth and enjoyable ride, reducing the number of jitters and breaks during the trip and boosting confidence thanks to their handling for stability and controllability, which is especially helpful when driving on crowded streets. There is no need to worry about charging as the battery provides a range of 25 to 30 miles on a single charge. Knowing that I can rely on this scooter for short trips and long trips without having to worry about its road alleviates much stress for me no matter how fast I go but with two braking systems, electronic and manual, the brakes included ensure that I accelerate without anything Just having this option to jerk-stop gives me the peace of mind I need when riding while placing more emphasis on personal safety. The scooter worked well despite being caught in two unexpected rain storms that I was caught in. Very disappointed customer received the scooter and followed manual instructions to setup the scooter only to find out that the scooter throttle accelerator was broken and not working at all. The scooter turns on, but it does not move at all at any speed level unless it is manually pushed. Called customer service within hours after receiving the scooter and received great assistance from Teneria W. I was asked if I wanted a refund or send the product back for replacement. I sent the product back for a full refund. I can't trust the manufacturer twice. I will purchase another one in the future from a different manufacturer. ... show more

I got this scooter this past Friday to commute to law school in San Francisco. The trip is a little under 4 miles and the route I take is mostly flat, with a few minor inclines at the end. Today is Monday, my first day of law school. I rode it to school and loved it! It topped at 15 mph and I am 98-100 lbs. Slowed a little on the hills but it was to be expected and the speed wasn’t too reduced. I locked it with a ulock when I arrived at school at 9am and went to class. At 1:30pm I went to check on my new scooter. I went to the bike rack and my scooter was no longer there. It had been stolen. The very first time I ever rode it. But I had nothing to worry about. Naveetech’s customer service is great and they took pity on me and issued me a full refund, which is incredibly kind. I highly recommend this scooter and buying from this company. Overall I really enjoyed the performance, But there are also some unique features in this scooter In my opinion, these features give the scooter big and prominent advantages. 1. Three control modes: A. Walking mode - equal to a vehicle in neutral mode, the headlights are on and the digital display is on, but the gas button is deactivated - designed for additional safety when walking with the sector on the street B. Normal driving mode - gradual acceleration and a maximum speed of 11 miles per hour. - Suitable for traveling in areas with a pedestrians or just for those who are not in a particular hurry C. Sport mode: incredible acceleration and a maximum speed of 21 mph In addition to this, I really enjoyed two other features 1. The digital display has a light that lights up when the tires lack air (like in cars) 2. There is a light that comes on when the headlights are on I have to mention another important detail: the scooter is quite heavy, which makes it less comfortable to carry it few times a day. and will be the best if you have availability to avoid it. ... show more

But the scooter for my wife she rode it around the yard once and then went to go trick or treating and the throttle broke on her second time trying to ride it . I haven't contacted the company yet but will have to wait and see it also does not do nowhere near 19 to 20 mph it does 15 tops

The media could not be loaded. Within 2 weeks of purchase the throttle broke. Does not spring up anymore. The charger plug came right out of it holder. The kickstand is a nightmare. Trying to return this is also a nightmare. Can't just drop it off at a ups store, has to be picked up by ups. I don't have the box anymore so Updated: 3/3/24 They did refund my money. I tried swaping out the throttle but that was impossible without taking off the dashboard which I didn't want to do as there was no easy way to do so. ... show more
