The media could not be loaded. Fairly easy to assemble. The fountain is well packed in styro foam (which make a small mess) yet easy to assemble. I had to add some weight to the hose to get it to drop to the bottom of the fountain, otherwise the unit is 85% assembled when you receive it. Its heavy enough to stay in place and light enough to move around. It has a separate cord for the lighting, which I put on a remote switch. We like this fountain; it's very pretty, especially when it's lit up. It seems to be solid and is flowing just fine. I haven't seen any splashing at all from it. We live in a noisy neighborhood and my only wish is that I could hear the water better. It's very quiet so would be perfect for an inside space or a quiet neighborhood. ... show more

    • Aesthetically pleasing albeit without much of a water tricking sound when used outdoors
Upon reading a reviews there was indication that the instructions were minimal in nature. That was correct. But there are not than may parts to put together and set up time is minimal. Not being familiar with the packaging, the more difficult task was freeing up the internal lighting electrical cord that came wedged inside the fountain cavity. I used a yardstick to push the cords to the bottom of the cavity and was then able to untie the twist tie binding the cord. I would strongly recommend hosing out or wiping out the internal water reservoir container. Mine contained what appeared to remnants of pieces or shaving of the mold that was used to make the fountain. I would assume without cleaning this reservoir you could run the risk that the floating debris could somehow plug the pump intake or perhaps jam its impellers. We have only used the fountain for about a week, but we like it as nicely lit feature on our deck. 5/13/22 ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I enjoyed this fountain for several months until the lights went out. I contacted the seller and they sent me one light with no instructions. I could not get the lights to work so they sent me a short video with no audio. It was useless. I reached out again and they sent wiring that looks nothing like the exisiting wiring and again...NO INSTRUCTIONS. This costs too much to last less than a year and have auch poor customer support.     • Pump works great. LEDs died after 1 day!
I got this for my patio improvement project. I was excited when it came. I bench tested all functionality before filling it and placing it outside. Worked perfectly until the LEDs quit after 1 use. I have contacted the seller for a solution but have not heard back as of yet. Hopefully, they will handle the issue. ... show more
