The sound this fountain makes is exactly what I wanted. Not too loud but loud enough the be soothing. The lights did go out but came back on once I took the wiring out of the water. I have this indoors and when the indoor lights are dim, the light gives a beautiful projection on the ceiling. After searching and reviewing many fountains we picked this fountain! We are so glad we did It is beautiful, great sound and the lights makes the fountain glow at night. Unfortunately, 5 days after we set up the fountain, we kept noticing the water was leaking from the bottom. We immediately contacted the Seller they asked us to send photos of the fountain leaking. Once they received the photos, they contacted us and said they were sending us a New Fountain! We are totally Happy with the Fountain and the Company standing behind their product!!!!!!

Purchased this at an outdoor patio feature for visiting birds. Its light weight will allow for easy move and storage for off season. Design is nice and its "footprint" is less than 18 inches square. The only minor hiccup in its assembly was feeding the water tube from the top basin through the fountain structure to the bottom water storage tank section. This was easy resolved however by feeding string with a small weight (I used a key) down through main structure. Easy as pie after that. Wife is pleased-happy wife-happy life!!!

Rock Fountain Worked Great for first 2.5 weeks, then pump stopped!!! I'm bummed. Just sent message to seller for pump replacement today 9.5.2024. I expect a new pump to be shipped out asap. We'll see how they respond. For a product that cost over $200.00 U.S. it should not have happened. Cheap China product???? I'll let you know. Mary

We just installed the fountain today. It looks very nice and went together very easy. When we turned it on the water flow was very heavy and even when we turn the pump all the way down to the least amount of water flow, it was still flowing very fast. The water was not making much noise either because the spout pours onto a damper that’s in the inside of each bowl. We wanted more water sound that’s why we bought the fountain. So we added river rock to the bowls and let the water splash on the rock before it went into the bowl and now we’re getting the sounds that we want. We just made sure that the river rock did not cover the lights in the center of the bowls and you can see that the light is still very bright It’s a very nice addition to our patio. Now it’s time to decide how we want to decorate with green plants and flowers around it.
