I take willow drops for mild pain but when my trapezius muscle flairs, I need something stronger. I’m not a pain killer fan so Advil is okay for a short period but this last flair had staying power. I opted for these patches when someone posted on their IG how good they were. I applied half a patch on the first day and the sensation was intense so I took it off! 😅 I opted to ice it down for the rest of the week. Relief! Enter a new week and another flair. I just didn’t have time to lie on ice so I popped on the other half of the patch and decided to not be a chicken about the sensation. I was pain free in an hour. It’s been 24 hours and I haven’t need another patch.

The patches stay on great. They are difficult to get on smoothly because the backing peels off from the full length of the patch instead of the short side which is much easier to get started and finish applying. I did take off a star because they put only 6 patches in each box and the boxes are huge. In fact, I put all 18 patches in 1 of the boxes and still had room to spare. Do not appreciate the waste in packaging since each patch is very well sealed in its own foil envelope. There is some relief with the essential oils used and really no smell at all so they are great to wear anywhere and anytime.
