I've been using this Zinc supplements for more than 6 months. The tablets are small, taste is ok, and the price is affordable. Recently they changed the cap design so it is no longer flip top cap, not a big deal but I do miss the old design.

I’ve gone through a bunch of zinc supplements over the years and this Nature Made Zinc 30 mg is by far my favorite so far. The tablets are small and easy to swallow, which sounds minor but really matters when you take stuff every day. One pill a day and the bottle lasts over 3 months, so it’s a good deal too. What I really like is that it doesn’t mess with my stomach. A lot of zinc brands make me feel kind of queezy if I don’t eat a big meal first, but I’ve taken this one with just toast or even tea and it’s been totally fine. Since I started using zinc in general I feel like I don’t get that run-down feeling as often, esp during cold season. No weird smell, no aftertaste, nothing fancy, it just works. I’ll probably keep buying this as long as they keep making it. If you need a basic zinc for immune support this is a solid choice. ... show more

These tiny little zinc tablets are easy to swallow. Personally find zinc to be effective in fending of viral illnesses and bad breath. IMO Nature Made provides effective products at a very reasonable cost point; USP label.

Ever since starting these, I feel my depression has lessened and my ADHD medication works way better. Upon research, apparently Zinc helps stimulant meds work better, among other uses like immune support and overall brain health. I look for Nature Made whenever possible. Highly recommend!
