Terrible rug and worse customer service. I purchased this rug and waited to put it out, just before a house warming party. In a couple of months, the rug started to loose shape and become loose. It also started coming undone. I contacted the seller and their line, the they continued to say over and over was they have a 30 day return period. After 30 days? Deal with it; if it yourself. So after going back and forth, it’s a total loss for me. I have a piece of crud rug. I put it in the trash and I will NEVER buy from this company again. They do not stand by the quality of their product. I have had so many positive transactions on Amazon and this gets a coal star for the rock bottom worst!

Pros- 1. Free delivery. I am sure no one likes to carry a carpet from ikea or any other store, or pay for shipping 2. It’s jute and does not require much maintenance Cons- 1. It’s a simple piece of jute rug with no design 2. Shade is little darker and mine looked nothing like the golden jute rug which is advertised 3. Jute being jute shedding some bits and pieces Can’t comment about the durability as I have just got it. Edit- If you are planning to put this under a dining table, STOP. Chairs don’t move on this rug. Will be returning it.

I actually bought this rug instead of another because it came with the pad and I thought it was worth paying a little more for this one. Unfortunately, the pad thy sent is a 6x9 and I purchased an 8x10 rug. I wrote to let the seeker know and they said it was free and they must have run out and it was fine. It is not fine for me as I want my wood floor protected and it is the waste that we walk on all the time as it is under the kitchen table. If you only need the rug, it looks nice but I don't like false advertising. If it says it comes with a free pad, I expect to get it in the correct size!

What a great purchase! I bought the 8 x 10 (w/ free pad) for our home office @ $144 and couldn't be happier. I did a LOT of research on natural fiber rugs before placing my order. I had read that these rugs are rough, uncomfortable on bare feet, they shed, smell funny, unravel easily, and leave behind a lot of dust. The rug was a little dirty when we first unrolled it. I vacuumed the rug a couple of times (w/ the beater bar off) and that took care of the dust/dirt. I usually vacuum once a week. I have moved the rug back to see if dust is collecting underneath and it's been dust-free every time. It smelled (I liken it to tea tree oil) for about a day or two, and I don't notice any smell now. I haven't owned the rug long enough to know if it unravels easily, but it seems that, if caught early, any unraveling could easily be tucked back in. Lastly, I find the rug surprisingly comfortable. Not as comfortable as a wool or cotton rug, but much more comfortable than expected. I know everyone's tolerance to pain is different. To me, it's definitely not painful, as some reviewers have reported. We LOVE it!

When I opened the package ( it was very well packaged) and put it on the kitchen wood floor, i hated it. There was one really bad flaw of two, two inch cut strands of jute sticking straight up and a couple of other minor flaws. The color was not the kind of golden tinted color in the picture...but quite a bit like the pictures in the reviews. I moved it to the bedroom at the end of the bed and it didn't look any better there. I then drug it upstairs to the TV/office room and put it on top of a light beige rug under the coffee table and decided it looked pretty good there. I was able to pull the strands that stuck out to the back side with a crochet hook. Now I have decided that it really looks quite nice in it's new location and I'm glad I bought it. It is a bit rustic and irregular in color but that is part of its charm.

This rug exceeded my expectations. It gives my dining room an organic, warm, natural feel. Really makes might white chairs stand out. It's not too thick or rough like how some jute rugs can be. It's actually smooth under my feet. Can't beat the price. After spending hours online looking for a 7' round rug within my budget, I took a chance on this one. There is one negative review so I had some reservations. So glad I took the gamble. It's perfect. Not to mention that it arrived 2 days after I ordered it...packaged extremely well. (Took me awhile to remove all the plastic.) No complaints here.

This is one of the best Amazon purchases I've made to date!!! <3 I love this rug and the way it looks in my living room! I didn't think it would feel too great to walk on with bare feet, but it's very comfortable (almost soft). It really blends with the hardwood floors and with the plants I have around the room, lending a very natural/earthy feel. I appreciate that a rug pad came included, so it was super convenient to just remove the packaging and enjoy. I've had no problem with the corners curling. It has enough weight to it so I can flip the sides inward as I mop the floors, and it stays put until the floors have dried. Everyone coming by to visit comment on how good it looks. One thing though...if you have cats...they may tend to try it out as a scratching pad. My cat has done this a couple of times, but there is no damage caused. With the texture of the rug, it would be unnoticeable. I would highly recommend this rug!!
