This majestic Jersey Fraser Fir tree is 7.5 feet tall and 65 inches in diameter at the bottom, giving the tree a wide profile. Molded from real tree branches for an authentic living tree appearance, this tree features our trademarked ‘Feel Real’ technology. Hundreds of crush-resistant polyethylene tips form full bodied branches, creating a tree with remarkable realism. The tree is designed with a hinged branch system that allows the branches to swing down for a quick and simple set-up and fold back in for easy storage. Set aside 45-60 minutes after assembly to properly shape the tree by peeling back the branches and pulling the tips apart to give the branches a more full-bodied look. This fantastically festive tree is strung with 1250 multicolor UL lights prior to packaging and includes a sturdy, metal base for a more convenient setup. After years of real trees in our livingroom which has a wood burner next to the tree location, I decided a fake tree was a much safer way to go. THis is our first fake tree and so we were very reluctant. We bought a Balsam Hill (6.5' for $399 with no lights). It was way too small and narrow so we retunred it. I then took measurements and reserached the widest 7.5' tall tree I could find on Amazon. This tree claims to be 65" (more like 60"), but it was so much better than Balsam Hill's tree pus it had lights. The set up was easy, took about an hour to shape. The lights are awesome! Way more lights than we ever put on, it looks amazing. After shaping we found it to be full and very ife like, unlike many others' reviews. As a fake tree outsider I was very skeptical, esppecially after the Balsam Hill tree experience. This National Tree Company 7.5' tall lighted tree has exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend you ignore the negative reviews and go for it. You will not be dissappointed. I read all the reviews before buying. Some people had lighting issues, which is a legitimate issue. Luckily our lights were perfect. But the complaints about the tree not being full, or being able to see the wiring, or about the pine needles being two different quality needels is all nonsense! Wehn you spedn the time to shape it properly, the tree is very full looking. As for the wires being visible, arent the strings of lights you would manullaly strong on be visible too? This is truly a non issue and that person needs a hobby. As forf the two different needles, that's how they keep costs down, and honestly, once the tree is fluffed up and decorated, it's not even noticeable. Hope this review helps. Do NOT recommend!! The 1st year it was beautiful. But by the 2nd and 3rd year bulbs and strands of bulbs were going out over the entire tree! It is difficult to find which bulb is out without much headache! 1 wrong bulb removal and entire strand goes dead for good. The tree is perfect size, fullness, height, and beauty BUT ... The light issue is a big headache! This is an expensive tree for something as simple as lights not working properly!!! I do NOT recommend ... show more

    • False description of 7.5 ft tree--NOT individual bulbs!

I bought this tree about 10 days ago; we set it up pretty easily but one string of lights did not light up. We watched videos, read instructions, etc and replaced all the fuses in the plugs and still no lights on that one string. In the process, we discovered that if we removed one of the bulbs on a lit string, the whole string went dead--the OPPOSITE of what the description says on the Amazon website. Further, the price had gone down more than $100 in the 10 days! So we called Customer Service three times and each time we got the standard "busy agents, long wait" and eventually the music ended and the line went dead. We are very disappointed as the tree was pretty and the lights were pretty but we are unimpressed with the quality control, the product description and customer service. We are returning the tree as defective. And interestingly I do not find the "incorrect product description" link on this product's page! ... show more

This tree takes time to assemble. Three sections and lots of fluffing. It is well worth the effort. Incandescent lights not LED and no pole to pole connections. It has two packs of plugs in the middle sections (taped with green electrical tape from factory) but with good fluffing, you can't see them. Truly life like it looks good even in daylight! Overall high quality and surprisingly heavy - that's from the large amount of PVC tips. If you're not into the multiple function light options, this tree is great. ... show more

I absolutely love my new tree from National Tree Compnay. I was not completely on board with switching to an artificial tree as we have always had real trees. After I received this tree I wish we would have made the switched a couple years ago. It is beautiful, perfectly lit with lights located toward the trunk of the tree and not just the ends of the branches. Strong limbs to hang traditional ornaments. Love love love it. ... show more

    • What I got was not what I expected

I have a Balsam Hill tree that was rather old so I thought I'd replace it with a new tree. This National Tree caught my eye and I thought I'd try it. This week I set it up so I'd have no surprises at Christmas The photos looked beautiful. Apparently the photo isn't of my tree. The major advantage of this tree is it is inexpensive. The major disadvantage of this tree is it is cheap. They suggest you watch a video before assembling the tree which would be a good idea if the tree in the video was like the tree I received. They must use the very best trees for the video. Apparently mine is not. The problem is the cheap way the wiring is done. The video suggests you install layer by layer. That doesn't work because wiring jumps from layer to layer making it very difficult to do what they suggest. After trying my best, I discover that a large segment of the lights don't work. Imagine my surprise because they all worked on the tree in the video. I finally found the problem and it was caused by the cheap wiring which had broken on one of the limbs. Again, the wiring is cheap and the method of stringing the wiring is also cheap. But when I finally got everything setup, I was very disappointed with the density of the branches - certainly less than desirable. Hopefully, the Christmas ornaments will improve the appearance. I realize Balsam Hill is more expensive but it might be your best bet. For me, I'll probably keep this tree because now that I've opened it and spread all the branches, I can't get it back in the box. ... show more

Okay I assembled and everything looks good. This tree is for next year our current tree has some issues, but we used it this year. I got the offer on this tree which I had saved for later. Everything looks great and works flawless in testing.
