We were initially missing a piece that connected the elevator to the run, and the seller sent the missing piece immediately. They were super helpful and stand behind their product. My 10 year old and 8 year old had fun with it. I watched as they put it together, so it wasn't too difficult to build. They enjoyed it and were able to break it down and put it back in the box for the next time they want to play with it.

This is a unique marble run because of the motorized spiral lift, which provides more options than other marble runs as you build a run. Parts are well-made & sturdy and interchangeable with two other (different brand) marble runs. Two of my grandsons (7 & 6 years old) played with it nonstop for several hours the first time we took it out of the box! It would be helpful if, like some other marble runs, the guide had some sample runs to build.

Bought this for the little... ended up hogging it. The motorized lift adds nonstop fun, and the pieces are sturdy and easy to snap together. It’s educational, but also wild fun to watch marbles go on their rollercoaster adventures. Science + satisfaction = 5 stars.
