Gals, you know how uncomfortable it can be to run with things flopping around on you? This is my first running pack and I was totally expecting uncomfortable back boob feelings. But this pack was surprisingly easy to get used to. I will say you should get as much air out of the bladder as possible; really helps with the sloshing. Size is good; holds everything I need for longer runs and hikes. Way cheaper than brand name CamelBaks, but still good quality. My only *minor* complaint is that the straps on the front move easily up and down in their channels so the fit changes a little as you run. If you get them where you like them though, you can super glue them in place.

Purchased a month an a half ago. Read a lot of reviews saying stitching did not hold up. I use it for longer runs over 7 miles. Very comfortable and had no issues with the durability. Like some reviews state chest straps loosen during the run. Its very minor and is easy and quick to tighten. Might have to do it once during the run. This is more personal preference but the tube for mouth piece is too close to the neck and could use another loop to hold it down. I used a zip tie and no problem. Also the zipper pocket for the phone is tight. If you have a oversized case your might not fit but it keeps it tight so there is no bouncing around. Its not too heavy or bulky when full. Would recommend. I really enjoy it.

I was having second thoughts on ordering this since they don't have that many ratings but it was a good decision to do so. It came packed in a transparent Nathan bag and it's completely new, and on perfect state; It's like getting it from the store. I was looking for a running bag that wouldn't be stiff, it would be comfortable, the backpack straps wouldn't be made of that thin mesh and that it had a front pocket where I could put my phone (I have a Samsung s23 Ultra) since I don't want to be reaching back to any back pockets... This checked all my boxes. Initially it didn't fit perfectly on my chest but the front horizontal straps you use to get it tighter are adjustable and I could extend them to fit perfectly. Also those horizontal straps can be move up or down to better fit your needs. The material is amazing, breathable and the backpack is really comfortable; It locks really good so you don't feel it while running. it also has two big back pockets to use. Finally, the water bag is not 6 liters as described here, it's really 2 Liters. Which for me was perfect. I've ran 20 km so far with it.. I'll update in a few weeks or maybe a month if anything unexpected happens with it.. but so far, it's amazing.
