I’m in love with these stools. They’re sturdy and they were super easy and quick to assemble. I’ve seen in previous reviews that some customers had issues with the footrests breaking. However they seem very sturdy to me. I think the issue that some may have is they sit up off the cushion and put all their body weight onto the rests when getting up or adjusting. They’re strong but they cannot hold bodyweight. Keep your feet on the ground when getting off or adjusting and nothing will break. Overall I’m very happy. They look great in my kitchen and I love that they swivel. 10/10! ... show more

Only one of them came with some manufacturer issues, but we were able to get that stool replaced from Nathan James at no cost to us! It was hassle-free and very quick! I love the look and feel of these stools—the swivel is very smooth and the look is very contemporary. The stools themselves seem pretty sturdy thus far. These stools arrived glued to the styrofoam packing material and are completely unusable. I’ve tried to get support from both Amazon and Nathan James to no avail. Nathan James said they would email me directions for returning and I’ve received nothing. Very frustrating. Do not buy.
