This mattress is definitely on the firm side. Not much padding in it. It expanded quickly to 8 inch height. For the price it is okay. I would suggest buying a foam topper if you don't like sleeping in a hard surface. Very little cushioning in mattress

I was pleasantly surprised by this mattress being it was on the cheaper side, it seems very comfortable. I was worried you would be able to feel the springs but you can’t. Great mattress for the price!

We use these for our 3 kids. They are comfortable, and im (5ft3, 150lbs) able to lay down on the bed with them with ease. Took a little but to have the mattress fill out after opening.

It's a little springy- it's what you get for the price. It was a little smaller than a twin for our twin frame. There were spaces still left on the sides- it could be because of the frame- but it's good for the price you're paying.
