This bed is thick and just the perfect support, so soft and yet not overly soft as it cushions firmly enough to let you get a really great nights sleep. I LOVE IT! It did Not smell weird as some springless mattresses have in my past when ordering other kinds. 💖 This is the best mattress for a very affordable price. I will be ordering another one for my family asap. Forgive that the photo is not of entire bed as just moved into apartment and just took photo enough to see that its not some thin pad as some reviews may imply. It quickly puffs out after unboxing and its so comfortable and quality natural bed. HEALTHY PERFECT BED YES :)

The description says it is an 8" mattress, and it takes 72 hours, but that was not my experience. It fully expanded to 7" within a day. The mattress is dense and comfortable. I'm glad for the purchase -- delivery was quick, and I was able to get up the stairs to my apartment by myself. The price is also affordable compared to other bed-in-a-box products. I would buy again if needed.

The media could not be loaded. Fiberglass!!! I purchased this mattress in March 2023. On November 2, 2025, I decided to remove the zippered cover and wash it. The manufacturer stated that the mattress cover is removable and washable. However, Nap Queen failed to disclose that the mattress contains fiberglass. After washing, I put the cover back on the mattress. Subsequently, I washed my family’s clothes in the same washing machine: underwear, sweatshirts, long-sleeves, pajamas, etc. We made the bed, and my son put on pajamas that had been washed and dried in the dryer after washing the mattress cover. He started scratching himself, but we didn’t immediately realize the cause. The next morning, he complained that it felt like he was being pricked with needles! We inspected his pajamas and found them covered in shiny fiberglass fibers. It was horrifying! Then I realized the problem was the mattress. Upon inspecting the mattress, it was full of fiberglass! The fibers are visible only in the dark with a flashlight — everything sparkles! My child was breathing in these fibers, sleeping all night in those pajamas. We inspected all the clothing washed after the mattress cover, and everything is contaminated with fiberglass. This is a complete nightmare! During the process of removing the cover, loading the washing machine, and putting it back on the mattress, we were exposed to these fiberglass particles. This is an outrageous situation! I have filed complaints with Nap Queen and Amazon and am awaiting their response. I do not know how many more fiberglass microfibers have spread throughout the house! It is clearly visible that the entire mattress sparkles on the underside. I am not touching the mattress topper yet, as I am waiting for a sealed bag for the mattress. Unfortunately, I can attach only one video. It is very difficult to capture the fiberglass on photos, as it is clearly visible only on video when illuminated with a flashlight in the dark. I have lots of videos showing the contaminated clothing, as well as the contents of the dryer filter, which contains thousands of tiny fiberglass fibers. Additionally: I used to praise this mattress and recommend it to everyone — I truly thought it was the best. That was until I washed the removable cover (which the manufacturer clearly describes as “removable and washable” without a single word about fiberglass). Now my new friends are fiberglass particles. I’ve been fighting this for a week already and had to say goodbye to many of my belongings.

Inflated fast, slept on it after only 8 hrs unpacked. Must be comfortable because I didn't move a bit while sleeping and i am a notorious roller and flipper when I sleep. Decent mattress at first but after 2.5 years we're already considering replacing it. It's a bit too soft and tends to sink in quite a bit after laying in it throughout the night. There tends to be a decent hump in the middle.
