So, I bought this mattress, originally, for my 10-year-old son to use with his loft bed. He absolutely loved it. He says its so comfortable he doesn't want to get out of bed. He has been so happy with it, that he now makes his own bed without a reminder, well at least most days. He says he used to get too hot at night, but this mattress has gel which helps to keep the temperature of the memory foam down. Now he is able to sleep comfortably and gets a good night's sleep. He loves to lay in his bed now and play with his toys. I also laid on it to see how it felt. I was impressed. It bounced back right away after laying on it. My other children also tried it out, and now my daughter asked to have the same one for her bed. I will be buying a second one for her. We love our mattresses! I bought two twin xl nap queen mattresses. They expanded to an acceptable height and width. We allowed them to expand and rest as recommended by the manufacturer. Zero complaints from us.

The agent who helped me, Erika was her name, was quick to reply and resolved our issue by determining there was a manufacturing defect. They promptly replaced the mattress.
