Comfortable! I have purchased many pillows that are supposed to relieve neck pain but do not deliver. This pillow is not advertised as a pain reliever but for me it is. It is adjustable for your individual comfort. It is easy to remove some filling if you want it softer or add more if you want it firmer. The company gives you some extra filling with your pillow if you need to make it firmer. There is not much of a “new smell” to it but if you are sensitive put the pillow out in the sun it will fluff the pillow & it will smell fresh. Good quality & reasonable price.

The pillow is quite firm yet also cool and comfortable. When I received the box it was very heavy, which I attribute to the dense stuffing of the pillows. I followed the instructions and placed them in a low dryer with dryer sheets and it fluffed them up nicely. Leaving them out for a few days as some suggested to fluff up in the reviews was inaccurate. They is a slight odor to them but placing them in a dryer with dryer sheets helps a lot. It additionally dissipates over time. I'm quite happy with my purchase.

I can’t believe how great this pillow is! It feels like my favorite feather pillow. I can bunch it up to support my neck, or squish it. Last time I traveled, the pillows were those huge fluffy thins with no support! I bought this for plane trips, but it’s small enough that I’ve decided to pack it on any trip. It’s also easy to get into its protective cover! Love it!

this is the best little pillow i've ever owned! I took it to a music camping festival to try it out for the first time to help with my neck pain relief and let's just say all of my friends ended up buying one. i also love that it's easily foldable, yet it doesn't lose its shape or thickness.

Good shredded memory foam pillow. Great for traveling. Great for side sleeper. I have had neck and shoulder problems and went through a ton of pillows before settling on Luxome Layr adjustable pillow. But way too hefty to travel with. I bought three travel pillows for a trip I am currently on - this one, a sleep number one and Alkamto travel and camp Pillow. The Alkamto was a no-go right away. Too squishy. Little support. Loved the Nappler. My husband liked it too so ordered him one. I will say his came in and was not as full as mine. I had some leftover fill from my Layr pillow so filled it out a bit for him. He doesn’t need one as supportive as mine so it wouldve be fine. It is nice because if it’s too firm you can pull some filler out. Had I gotten the second first it still would’ve been the best but I’m glad mine was fuller. The sleep number came in the next day and way good but not as good. Gave that to my adult daughter. Returned the Alkamto one as useless. The Nappler rolls up pretty easy and compacts down well in its bag so I could fit in my carry on. Was good for the flight - a long flight with lay down seats but crappy pillows. I’ve used it instead of the hotel pillows and also now the cruise ship pillows. 5 days into travel and I’ve very pleased.
