It's been almost a year and I still love these pillows! I've used baton filled pillows for years, then my wife decided we would try down pillows. She ended up not liking those, because while they are super comfortable when you first lay on them, they sink and get too flat for her. She went to a firm memory foam block style pillow with a shoulder cut out that's way too tall and hard for me. These are great and easy to adjust for the perfect height and comfort! Price is awesome also. Temperature is good and they come with enough stuffing to make two more pillows if i needed. We'll done!

The 4-star rating isn't because there was anything wrong with the pillow. It's because the manufacturer doesn't label their product appropriately. I went to a lot of time and trouble to verify that I had the correct pillow. Simply identify the product as you did on the order web page. I received a set of 2 pillows as expected, however there was no indication ON the box or IN the box that this was a cooling pillow. The box looked nothing like the picture. The box in the picture clearly says it is a cooling pillow. Now I have to go to the Amazon website and try to determine IF I have the correct pillow. The picture also shows a bag of Extra Memory Foam. I did not see this in the box. The cooling pillow is made of viscose bamboo, sort of. It says "Viscose made from Bamboo infused Outer cover". The other pillow is labeled a side, back sleeper, and stomach sleeper which the cooling pillow is also. The other pillow says the material is memory foam but also says "Modal Fiber & Viscose made from bamboo Cover". Am I confused yet? YES! The 2 pillow set is vacuumed packed. I don't want to open a pillow in case it's the wrong one. Nothing on the outside of the vacuum-packed pillow gives me a solid clue. The customer website indicated on the included marketing materials does not work. A Google search of the pillow directs me to Amazon. The pillow is sold by Qatello LLC. No contact information there. I contact Amazon support. They were not able to find out either, so they issued an exchange. Last ditch effort out of curiosity, I opened one of the pillows. I opened the zipper to view the tag where I expected to find what the materials were made of. Low and behold, there was an additional bag of memory foam inside of a net bag that was sealed. If you want to add just the right amount of form, you have to cut open the extra memory foam bag. Now you have to properly store the rest. Nothing like the picture. Also, the materials indicated that they were made from viscose made from bamboo, which is meaningless since both pillows contain viscose made from bamboo. So maybe they're both cooling pillows. I canceled the exchange order. This could all have been avoided if the box and packaging materials inside indicated that this is a COOLING PILLOW. Also should indicate that the extra memory foam bag is located inside the pillow and can be removed. I fluffed up the pillow in a low dryer setting for a few minutes. Boom! Big and fluffy. I left the extra foam bag inside the first night. I am a side sleeper, so it was a bit too firm. I removed the bag the next night. The pillow is VERY COMFORTABLE. I no longer flip my pillow all night long because it gets too warm. It DOES KEEP COOL. I only flip it when changing sides because the foam has settled.

MY NEW FAVORITE PILLOWS! So I got these cause I am the type that needs multiple pillows to sleep but I feel mine go flat over time way too quick. I have had mine for months and LOVE them. I can't imagine using a different pillow now. When I go to hotels, I realize how spoiled I am. I loved these so much, I bought my Father a set, my Mother a set and my Boyfriend a set for Christmas. (They also had an awesome deal during Christmas) The quality is amazing. They are extremely comfortable.

I like the pillow, especially because you can stuff it to your preferred density, but I didn't find it any different than other pillows. There wasn't anything really "cooling" about it.

I have tried three pillows by different makers that claimed to have cooling technology. This is the first I have used that actually succeeds, at least for me. Please note that only one side has the cooling feature, but so far that's not an issue. I do like that a bag of additional memory foam fill is included if you prefer more "lift." Quality of materials and construction is very good. I let mine sit out for two days before using to allow the foam odor to dissipate. I am a side, back and front sleeper and this pillow supports all three allows without constraints like shape or gimmicks. My sleep has been better with this pillow, which is my primary measure of a good pillow. The price paid for two is very reasonable. I would recommend trying it for the cooling effect alone, but a pillow is a very personal item, so please keep that in mind.

I got the pillows, fluffed them, and searched high and low for the extra fluff bag. I was disappointed thinking that it did not come with them. I went to lay on them and was actually grateful then because they felt tough. I opened them up to remove some fluff. Lo and behold the extra bag is on top of the other bag that actually contains the loose fluff. Once that was removed I squished it and laid down again and was MUCH MORE SATISFIED with the comfort and squish factor. I really am impressed with the amount they fluffed up in the dryer. I like my head to sink in a pillow. I really enjoy the fact that this is also a great pillow to prop up behind my back to watch tv of the couch. I had been a 10$ and under pillow user my whole life. I really thought it was a scam to buy quality pillows. Until I woke up everyday with a crick in my neck. I started looking into the different types of pillows and quantity vs. quality, what can I replace easily that will make a difference in my life. I can feel the tension releasing when my head lays on it. I also don't have to constantly readjust the pillow to watch tv, or give more support. I didn’t realize I was sleeping on basically lumpy plastic chunks. I’m a complete convert and will only buy quality pillow from now on.

I purchased these pillows three years ago and they are great and still going strong. I purchased another of the exact same thing for another family member, but that is not what I received. Not only does it physically look different, but it did not regain its shape after being vacuumed packed and is very lumpy. Also, it cost $20 more than when I originally bought it !
