A little tricky to put together but doable.

I wanted to write this review after just assembling my folding rack because there seemed to be quite a few ppl who said the assembly was a mess. It took me, alone, about 20 mins. All the parts are numbered correctly and the diagram is exactly as it should be. The little l wrenches worked fine and fit perfectly. I have no idea if I just got a great one or what, but this was NO BIG DEAL to put together, alone. The only thing I can see that might have been an imporvement that I will have to contend with is that the feet should have caps. Anyone who does markets or shows knows we often set up in dirt or unclean terrain, so caps on the legs would have been a nice addition, for the 50 smack-a-roos. IMO But, black monster tape will have to suffice!

I love the sturdiness and quality! Assembly was a bit challenging, that’s why I took 1 star off, but if you use common sense it works. The included instructions are confusing and somewhere not correct. Make sure legs 2 are on the outside like on the drawing. Rod 5 goes in between legs 1 and rods 4 are the longest ones for in between the outer legs 2. It really does all fit together! Great price for the quality! It’s handy to do it with 2 people. I really love this rack and also have the single width ones too. They also are super easy to assemble. Clear instructions. One tiny flaw is that they dont have a tie to keep them closed when folded and not in use. I use velcro straps to fix the problem.

Was a very frustrating build when the hex key tool they provide was of such a low quality that the metal warped and no longer was useful before I could screw in all of the screws. Speaking of the allen screws they are fine to use with a hex key when the screw is short but very frustrating to use when they are as long as the ones in this product. This would have been so much easier to put together if the screws were Philips screws.
