The media could not be loaded. Just put this up as an insert. It's beautiful and I have to say looks pretty realistic for an electric fireplace. I love the crystals. Provides pretty good heat but I mostly got it for the look of a fireplace since I live in Texas. Love that it can be on without heat, can change to flame colors from all blue, all orange or a mixture of both. Arrived quickly and intact without any problems. My dad installed and I think he did it pretty easily. I was trying to decide between this one and a Dimplex one was similar, but this one was almost half the price. Glad I went with this one. This is an update. I had the fireplace nearly 2 years and the blower stopped working. For what it cost, it didn't last very long. Would not recommend this. It's pretty, but now is in my wall and completely useless

Bought this and installed in late 2016 . It does look nice but the first thing I noticed was the heat doesn't do much. Might work in an extremely small and closed in room but otherwise it just drives up your electric bill. There has been one flame in dead center that doesn't move and takes away from the others that actually do look fairly realistic. Last year the touch buttons stopped working but the remote still worked. Then it would start to spark at the on button once in awhile and just shut off. I disassembled the unit and cleaned out all the dust. I also replaced the touch interface and and thermostat. While the buttons work, it still shuts off at random. Its just too pricey for the problems it has and lack of heat it puts out. For what its worth, we did use this alot. I mean it was on almost every night in our living for the first 2 years. Maybe its fine if you don't use it as much as we did but I wouldnt buy it again.

Only after a few weeks the dancing flames froze in place (which make it look pretty ridiculous). The company would not help us and it would cost hundreds to have a repair person try to fix it. I also found the blower to sound loud. Would not recommend.

This thing is the best fireplace we've ever had and we've had masonry wood burning [messy] and gas insert [great but still need maintenance]. The remote makes starting a fire super easy and it's easy to operate. It has multiple heat settings and does produce enough heat to warm up our great room. I chose Napolean because they have been in the fireplace business for many years and I figured they would get this new tech right. Our builder had no problem installing. I had them recess it into the wall using the dimensions given in the product info. Our builder and everybody who visits thinks its the coolest!

Delivery was very fast. Flame is very nice and adjustable. Wife likes the heater. I was able to hook it up to Alexa through my harmony. It was fairly easy to install. It didn't throw my breaker when plugged into the wall with the heater on. It's best handled by two people.

Just now getting cold enough to actual use the fireplace. I have used it less than a dozen times so far and tonight when I turned it on (heat and flames) it made a terrible racket. Noise Stopped after about 15 minutes. I think it was the fan. So I am doubtful it will last the entire season. Sad as think the fireplace is pretty and a great size for us.

I purchased this item and had it installed. Last night it went out and had this horrible burning smell. I was told I could only return it. I created a brick wall for this unit. Very disappointed.

We are extremely pleased with this fireplace. It was "fairly" easy for us to install (wall insert) and it looks great. The remote feature is very easy to use as well.
