Comfy~ sits on shoulder and provides structure, support, and comfort when in use. The carry bag is nice and has a snug fit~ may take a little bit of wiggling to put it back in. Has a washable cover that can be easily taken off after unzipping for a nice clean. The foam is good and springs back into shape after use.

Used this pillow on a train 13 hour train ride. I bought it based on other customer reviews stating that is is very comfortable and offers good support. The memory foam is firm yet comfortable, flexible and the contoured shape offered good neck support. However, since my head tends to fall forward when I sleep it did not help much. I did use it in opposite position but that was not comfortable. I'm pleased that the pillow comes in a travel bag which makes it easier to travel around with. You can just roll it up after use, put it back it's bag and then safely tucked away in your carry-on bag. It also comes in a zippered removable cover which allows for washing which is plus. The drawstring can be adjusted to fit the size of your neck. I'm someone who has difficulty sleeping when travelling so everything has to be just about right. Even though it did not work for me, I would still recommend this item.

Supportive on the sides and in the back. Nice durable, soft cover that zips off for cleaning. The firmness of product was good, but I need support in the front as my head usually drops forward while flying. I tried using this by reversing the opening but did not like the fit. I did ask for a refund.

This neck pillow is super soft and supportive. It squishes down into a little bag, so it's easy to toss in a backpack. Great for flights or long car rides and has definitely saved my neck more than once. Pros: Comfortable, compresses easily, great for travel. Kinda-Cons: Carry bag is snug.

I bought this neck pillow for a long flight, and I’m so glad I did. It’s super comfortable and gives just the right amount of support. The contoured shape of this pillow seemed as if it would provide more comfort than the traditional round shape. For me, it did not. I will say the item is well made and the materials seem to be good quality, it just was not a great fit for me. (I would have returned it, but I used it on two flights already.) Comfort is a subjective element, and you may find this perfect for you.
