Totally Recommend This Couch!
Style: Velvet
Color: Cream,velvet
I bought this couch for my first apartment, I was not sure how the quality would be for the price. Keeping in mind, it is a very affordable couch, it is really nice. The cushions are firm, but still comfortable to sit on and it pulls out into a bed that fits two adults, it is slightly smaller than a full size bed so not much space but it works. The storage space is huge, it fits a full size comforter, sheets, two pillows, and all of my blankets. It basically came pre built, all I had to do was attach each section and twist on the feet so it was super easy. I have had it for about a month now, and so far no complaints!

I cannot recommend
Style: Air Leather
Color: Black,air Leather
Very disappointed. I have had the couch for less than a month and there has been some tearing already. I rarely use it and there are small rips everywhere. Its comfortable and has so much potential, but the quality is non-existent. I would be surprised if it last more than 6 months, I am going to have to start to stitching it back up myself.

Great couch!
Style: Velvet
Color: Cream,velvet
Expected the material to be velvet since that was what was described however is more of a linen material - love the easy assembly and usability of the couch, def very comfortable and is a great pullout couch option!

Worth it
Style: Air Leather
Color: Black,air Leather
I ordered this same sofa on Wayfair and they sent me the wrong color 3 times. So, I finally asked for a refund from Wayfair and decided to see if it was being sold on Amazon...it was! I received it within 4 days and it was the right color. Plus it is really nice and comfortable. The design in how it goes together is genius. I was able to do it by myself and it's sturdy. The pull out is just an awesome design as well. It was well worth the trouble and wait. Love it. Perfect addition to my home office.

Missing box and customer service was needed
Style: Air Leather
Color: Black,air Leather
Edited to reflect the customer service**** Emailed customer service and that day talked to a few representatives via email and we found out that I did not receive both boxes. The item ships in two boxes. So I did not receive box 1 with all the instructions pieces and section of the couch. They reshipped the box that day and I received it within about a week. Customer service was very attentive. Once I got everything it seems decent. The back piece was cheap wood and the locking piece broke out of the box. I still put it together. It looks nice as is. I have the couch against the wall so the broken piece isn’t the worst and I just don’t want to go thru the hassle of another customer service claim. One bottom peg is stripped and so one leg of the couch doesn’t have the peg. This is not seeming to have a big impact as the location of it seems to be extra. Everything else functions and works and my toddler child is sitting in it now enjoying it. It says weigh limit if like 600-700 pounds and I’m not sure I would trust that based on the thin wood and broken pieces. Overall decent but not amazing quality, looks great! Thankfully I’m using it as a seating option in a bedroom not a primary seating option in a heavy traffic room. Item did not come as sold. It was missing an entire section. I have attempted to start a return but the policy says that it must be in original box and shipping must be covered by me. Original box was destroyed by the weather, it was delivered in a snow storm. So far couch doesn’t look bad and seems sturdy just missing half of it.

Cheap Materials Used
Style: Velvet
Color: Espresso,velvet
Great design, I love that it opens up and the size is perfect. BUT the thing is made with cheap wood and it broke after 2 weeks due to cheap material used. Also it wasn't the fabric I thought it was. I would return but my dog already chewed up the cheap thing. Definitely not worth what I paid.

Super comfy to sleep on!
Style: Air Leather
Color: Black,air Leather
Incredibly easy to assemble the couch! Super comfy to sleep on (when bedding is on it). Only thing that was inconvenient was that the 2 pieces came separately, so had to call the furniture company to ask for the other tracking number so as to locate the other piece..

Beautiful couch but sketchy assembly
The couch is beautiful and comfortable. The alignment with the arm pieces and chaise sections were a bit off. Had to hammer out some of the latches bc they were so tight and flush against the couch it was hard to link pieces together. But it’s pretty solid once it’s all in place.
