    • Very happy with this purchase!
My sister recommended, having two of these couches herself, and after seeing the high prices, unexciting selections and additional delivery fees in “discount” furniture stores, figured I may as well go this route. Quality exceeds expectations - looks and functions great in my small apartment! Not too bad to put together, just take your time. Note: arrives in two giant and heavy boxes, so plan accordingly! ... show more

    • In Love with My Sofa
I am very happy with this sofa. It arrived in perfect condition, was easy to assemble, and looks exactly like the pictures. It is comfortable for sitting and relaxing, and it adds a modern and elegant touch to my living room. The quality is excellent for the price. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends ... show more

    • Great value, overly firm to sleep on.
On the whole, I very much like this couch for the small houseboat I own. I bought the synthetic leather in light grey. The couch is firm and when I sit on it, feels substantial and comfortable. The storage chaise is very useful for the bedding and pillows. It’s small-ish and my ankles hang over the end but still comfortable. Where I have a small issue is it is overly firm and not comfortable to sleep on. I’ll compensate and buy a topper to use when I sleep over. Otherwise, it’s a great couch at a good price point. ... show more

This was easy to assemble , tip-look for the small box with the legs first (in the box with chaise)to be put on prior to assembling. It fits perfectly in the small space I have , the pullout super easy , storage in chaise is great, looks great too! I ordered the “air leather”in gray. I LOVE it! Looks like real leather, not cheap looking at all. Good quality. It’s a firm sectional. I definitely recommend this small sectional ... show more

    • Pretty decent sleeper sofa with chaise
Style: Air Leather Color: Black
If you're looking for a high end sofa, this product is NOT for you. This sofa is HONEST. The manufacturer doesn't claim it to be a super premium product and, in fact it's not. It's a very decent inexpensive sofa. Quality is actually surprisingly good for the price. Foam is firm, the "air leather" is nothing more than a synthetic leather. Time will tell me if the foam is good quality. Packaging is heavy, but if you open the package, you will find two huge but not absurdly heavy parts and other smaller parts that are easy to carry Assembly is EXCELLENT. Super easy, screw in 12 legs (no tools needed, done in 1 minute) then connect the two bottom parts and then connect the two backs and put the pillows. Believe it or not, it was assembled in SIX MINUTES! What could be easier? I had an issue with the delivery and seller proactively contacted me and made things right. I'm happy with my order, I would buy it again and I would definitely recommend it. Update: Seller was very nice and proactive to solve the issue after I left a 1 star review for the company because the sofa was delivered at my neighbor's house, ignoring my delivery instructions. Anyway, the company offered me a compensation for the hassle I had, but didn't honor that. They offered me a $60 refund on my order, which seems fair because that's the same amount I paid my neighbor's to bring my sofa upstairs. For this reason, I'm updating my review to 1 star. When you promess something to a PAYING customer, you honor it. I am also a Vine reviewer, but this sofa was NOT ordered through Vine, it costed me money out of my pocket, full price, just like any regular purchase, I have delivery instructions very clear because of a medical condition. It's "a little bit impossible" for somebody on a wheelchair to bring a sofa upstairs, my address is upstairs, not in front of my neighbor's house downstairs. The seller delivered it to the wrong place and I had to pay third party people to complete the service they should've done right first time. Ok, mistakes can happen, so the seller contacted me (I didn't reach the seller, they reached me) and promised something, but they didn't honor. Be careful when buying from this company. Although the product seems to be, honestly, excellent for the price, the seller attitude was not. Update July 17th 2024 FIVE MONTHS after purchasing this sofa, the "air leather" (which is just a silly name they gave to the cheapest and thinner synthetic leather) is DISSOLVING and flaking everywhere. The foam is also so deformed that the internal structure can be seen at distance. Sitting on it is now extremely uncomfortable because it feels like sitting straight on lumber. Purchasing this sofa was a complete nightmare. Please ignore the beginning of this review, which I'm going to leave there so people can have a time-line of the issues happening. FIVE MONTHS! ONLY FIVE MONTHS this sofa survived in a home with two adults. I cannot say we spent more than 24 hours total sitting on this sofa during those five months. It was used as a sleeper for literally ONE NIGHT. BEWARE! Stay away from this product. It is a complete waste of money. ... show more

    • A Few Issues, Overall Decent. Be Advised, Boxes for Couch Will Most Likely Arrive On Separate Days

The Naomi Laura 3-in-1 sleeper is a decent starter couch. It’s not overly large, as it was needed to be a couch and bed for a studio apartment. While it will work for now, I did experience a few issues…. 1- Nowhere in the detail on the page when I researched and subsequently purchased the unit did it state the two boxes containing the sofa would be shipped separate. Other vendors selling similar sleeper sofas I was also considering did mention this, but this seller did not. The foolish assumption it would be ONE, SINGLE shipment (and the alleged quick shipping time) played a factor as to why I ordered it because I was leaving town and needed to get it set up on my child’s apartment prior to leaving. So, naturally I was not happy when only box 1 of 2 arrived with no other detail provided. Amazon customer service reached out to the seller and they sent the tracking info for box 2 of 2, which arrived technically two days later than the projected Amazon Prime date initially provided only for box 1 of 2. When nearly finished assembling, we thought we mixed up the arms because the final one had the attachment brackets upside down. Since they were upside down, they couldn’t attach to the couch, but the decoration line on the couch arms faced the front, which was already on display on the first arm attached, so we knew we were given a botched piece. We had to unscrew and reverse the 3 brackets to get them to attach to the couch properly, so that was annoying, too. Other than that mishap, assembly wasn’t terribly difficult. The unit itself has about three small scratches on the vinyl where the material flaked/peeled. Thankfully they aren’t in prominent areas that are easily noticed or will be touched a lot to exacerbate the peeling. I thought I took a picture of the markings, but it wasn’t in my camera roll when I went to attach them. The unit is fairly easy pull out. The chaise hidden storage part is very convenient. The foam is on the stiffer side, so we’ll see how much it softens up over time. There is a slight space between the chaise and the loveseat portion when it’s slid out into the bed, which looks odd and creates a gap. However , I understand the cushions can’t be flush against each other because it probably wouldn’t slide out easily and catch. ... show more

This couch is exactly what I was looking for. I just moved and I have a small living room. I got a tape measure and found out this couch was the perfect size. I ordered the couch on the 16th a Thursday and the couches were to me on the 18th Saturday thru fedex. It was 2 different boxes and both boxes came at the same time. Super easy set up! My only problem was trashing the huge boxes lol. I had to cut them down to small sizes but 10/10 overall. Oh and it came with an extra 4 couch legs and it looks like you may be able to get different legs if you want it higher. ... show more
