Totally loved this loveseat. However, the low rating is due to the lack of response from the seller regarding a problem getting the pieces to fit together properly. Unfortunately, since I intended to keep this loveseat, I discarded the boxes before attempting to put it together. Turns out the product was defective and the pieces would not fit together. Tried to contact the seller to work on alternative options as I did not want to return it. No response from the seller at all. Upon attempting to return, I discover that original boxes are required for the return in order to get the full refund. Meaning I would only be credited 50% of the purchase price. Yet another unforeseen issue with this purchase. Now I’m stuck with a perfectly good loveseat that I cannot put together due to a manufacturing defect. A very disappointing and costly experience. One star for FALSE ADVERTISEMENT- The description clearly states "Genuine Leather", product is definitely not genuine leather, nothing on the item is leather. Reached out to seller the same day we received. They are not easy to work with and claimed the description was accurate. In process of returning. I'll update. -Update- Seller agreed to send me shipping labels. I repackaged and returned. When seller received package they deducted $190+ in shipping costs. I reached out and they declined my refund. I reported to Amazon and received my refund w/in 24 hrs. Lesson Learned. ... show more
