It’s ok. You get what you paid for. My skin is getting dry bc of the season and couldn’t wait for Panasonic facial steamer to come in so I got this one temporarily and it does the job for now. I wouldn’t buy it for long term use. Pros; Ships really ready fast! And super easy to use. Cons; 1) Once you get the hot steamer out, it won’t shoot out or takes forever to get the cool steamer,,, 2) you need to really get close to it ... show more

One thing is missing, the steam can not change direction. You have to catch the steam, it would be 5 star if the steam could be movable part to direct on your face.

The product performs as described. However, I don't like that the water tank doesn't open. It's hard to drain and dry out the inside of the steamer. I suggest buying the older model.

This is by far the best facial steamer on the market. Its usefulness is not just for cosmetic purposes, this steamer offers therapeutic treatment for sinus-related issues. The week steamer arrived my toddler had a nasty cold, her tonsils were inflamed and she had great difficulty breathing at night. I filled the steamer with distilled water, put a Vicks vapor pad in the aromatherapy chamber, and we both sat in front of the vapor. That one session alone helped reduce the inflammation and alleviated her labored breathing. By the next night, she was sleeping soundly again. The system is well built, the steam lasts a long time and it has a drainer plug underneath, where you can let out excess water after use. It steams really well when it works and I love it but it lasted less than 90 days which is a bummer. It says there is a one year warranty so I have contacted the manufacturer but have not had a response yet. The less expensive one I had prior worked for almost 7 years so I do hope they will replace this one. I am hopeful! ... show more

At first use the hot steam did not work. I had to drain the water out and refill it. Not sure why?
