I received it recently and it was open box and looked used and damaged it was not color it show on box be wary and the little flat iron was the same as on box I Immediately mail it back same day be weary it was too good to be true end up finding a better one much cheaper they where fast in mailing but it false advertisement it not the same one you see on display ... show more
