For reference I am approx 130 and 5”4’ and bought the medium size and they aren’t too tight as I was able to put them on with ease, but not loose by any means as they fit snug enough to really work up a sweat and they functioned like shapewear to make sure I’m pulled in at all right places and extremely flattering. When I take them off, I just roll them off inside out so I can go ahead and rinse/wash and then let them dry so they’re ready to be turned right side in the next use. That said, I love these!!!! Just got them today and they can be worn without needing other shorts on top as they are not see through at all. I wore them with just a sports bra top and went out for a quick 30 min walk and can feel the immense amount of sweat already starting to soak the legs! I bought these bc I’ve I’ve been trying to tone my thighs and finding it to be quite a challenge!! At first I only wanted to target the thighs but love that these are high waisted as they fit quite nicely and who doesn’t benefit from some extra sweat on the love handle and an area?! Took pics after my walk - sorry for the dirty mirror!

So it takes some wiggling of the jiggling to get into these, but I also sized down because I didn’t want them to gape at the waist and because I wanted compression. It’s well worth the effort. Still gape a little at the top of the waist, but that’s just me, baby got back. After getting into these, I feel amazing. They are the compression I’ve always wanted with no lumps and bumps. Bonus for effortlessly losing some thigh girth via sweat. Although, if I’m just wearing these around the house for chores, not too sweaty. During a workout I can feel the sweat pooling in the nooks and crannies. These are super.

don't know my measurements but got a large (for ref - i'm 5'2, 150, most of my weight is in the midsection) and they are snug but comfortable. slight smell but not horrible. nice and stretchy, range of motion is not impeded. so i threw some heat lotion onto my belly and thighs, cinched my sweat belt over the waist, and set out on a 6 mile bike ride. the top of the waistband covered my entire midsection, though it did roll down a little as i rode (it stopped at the top of my sweat belt, not sure how much it would have rolled down without that stopping it, just fyi). i made it about a mile and felt odd bubbles rolling down my legs, almost like air bubbles. oof. not air :) when i got home and changed out of my bike outfit, my lower half and my belly were WET like i had just come from the shower. the pic of the model holding the waistband out and it's visibly wet? that's not faked. as of the one and only time wearing these so far, definitely recommend. will update if my experience changes, but as of now this is a keeper.

I ordered one size up like recommended, but it’s still a real struggle to put them on. Super tight and takes effort, but once they’re on, they do what they’re supposed to. Definitely makes you sweat and feels supportive during workouts. Just be ready for a bit of a workout before the workout!

The pants came in and I first checked inside the pants for the tag. It shows 2xl. There was no elasticity give enough to stretch, it was very stiff and super tight. Everywhere else a 2xl is big enough to fit on my comfortably. This is not the case with these. They were very tight, could not go past my thighs and when I forced them to stretch (not easy tasks) no room enough to go high up and could not move in them. Not easy to put on due to size being too small. I would have to get these in a 4xl and maybe even that wont fit. Would not recommend.

I sweated within minutes of my workout, goes all the way up (high waisted), covers almost my whole stomach. It is a little hard to put on because once it touches your skin it sort of gets stuck lol so it took me a few minutes to adjust. Love the material, very comfortable and flexible. I hope it’s durable!

I’ve lost 56lbs and bought these hoping to help make my saggy areas sweat and hopefully firm a little. I realize there is no miracle suits out there but was hoping these would do what they say as far as sweating & shaping goes. I wore the for an entire day and zero sweat! I do like the firming feel that they give but don’t expect to have them help you sweat. I’m 5’-5” 158lbs and the medium for fine, not lose & not too tight.
