I have an older Craftsman 1/2 in. 19.2 volt drill model #315.119100. I just replaced my original Craftsman's brand Lithium battery with this one. This is the first time I've replaced the battery for this drill and I did good. Another plus is that it fits in the Craftsman charger I haveI have used this new battery for a project that required some hard drilling and the battery hasn't died on me yet during the drilling, although I have been keeping it charged between uses, so I don't really know the duration of a full charge to being dead. I am happy with this purchase so far and I will soon buy another one as a back-up.

NiMH is better than NiCd. Less memory effect, and better for the environment. This battery makes my drill frrl like new again. Came fully charged, because my charger would not charge the 19.2V battery! Verified with a meter, that it had about 20.5V. After a bit of use, my OEM charger worked well. Also note that my drill is not a "C3". It's an older 19.2V Craftsman -- model 315.116400 and it fits like the OEM NiCd, and works well. Also note that I considered rebuilding my old battery with NiMH cells. But that would have cost me around 60 or so dollars. You do the math.

Bought this to have another battery on hand for my drill. Works just like the original! It’s a little heavier than the original, but not horrible

Decided I needed new batteries for my craftsman professional as it's been 20 years. These new batteries work phenomenally. I didn't realize just how short my run time was on the old batteries and how they didn't hold a charge. These work great, long run time, and hold a charge for quite a while compared to my original craftsman. I actually tossed the old batteries because they were useless compared to the new.

I have just received these so I do not know how they will hold up but they charged fine and operate the tools fine so I will see how long the batteries last. The Longevity and battery life are not 5 stars since I do not have enough use of the batteries to do them a fair evaluation.

We don't expect these batteries to last forever. The original DieHard lasted quite a while and had good power; its replacement lasted longer, and had more power (but is not listed on Amazon now); this one who knows how long it will last? Got plenty power. Good value, so far. I'm amazed they can sell these things as cheap as they do.
