**Updating my review from 2⭐ to 3⭐, due to receiving a full refund for the product and a positive customer service experience with the seller.** I'm really disappointed in this product and the bad quality for the money that you pay for it. I think the idea behind it is amazing, as I CAN'T STAND touching the crickets to feed my toads and frogs. I do also love that it comes with two feeding stations for the crickets. The tubes are a great idea to make it easier to feed your pets without the fear of the crickets jumping on you, BUT, now I'm fearful of the crickets escaping the enclosure because of the huge gaps between the tubes and lids. I've attached photos to show just how much of a gap there is. It is definitely NOT a good idea to get this if you have very small crickets, as they will easily escape. The only reason I did not give this a 1⭐ is because I think the concept of this enclosure is great, but just very poorly executed. I'm now going to be using an ungodly amount of tape around the holes that the tubes go into to ensure that no crickets can escape the enclosure. This is true to size, per the measurements stated and I do feel that it should be pretty easy to clean, as the tubes do separate to clean inside them. The actual enclosure itself, as well as the tubes, are made of a hard plastic, whereas the lid feels very flimsy and cheap. Additionally, the flaps that cover the holes for the tubes are very flimsy and don't snap into place very well, if you are choosing to not use the tubes. Overall, not super thrilled about this product...I would almost rather risk the crickets jumping on me with my other cheaper enclosure over the thought of the crickets escaping from this one. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is inexpensive but has a lot of built-in features. The crickets hide in the tubes so you can just pull them out and shake out a few for feeding your pet. The feeding trays make it easy for the crickets to get in and out without getting stuck (and dying). I added some bark, a piece of egg crate, and an empty TP tube to give them more places to hide and hang out. This crate, along with Fluker’s Orange Cubes and Fluker’s cricket food (and an apple slice) has been a game changer. Before this new set up, I was digging out 3-4 dead crickets every day. I still hate keeping feeder crickets, but it’s so much better now. ... show more

Design: There are fairly large gaps where the tube go into the container. Other than that, love the idea. Size: It’s a good size. I imagine it could hold lots of crickets. Build quality: It feels rather flimsy. When I was trying to put the door on the lid in place a piece of the lid broke with hardly any effort.
