**Updating my review from 2⭐ to 3⭐, due to receiving a full refund for the product and a positive customer service experience with the seller.** I'm really disappointed in this product and the bad quality for the money that you pay for it. I think the idea behind it is amazing, as I CAN'T STAND touching the crickets to feed my toads and frogs. I do also love that it comes with two feeding stations for the crickets. The tubes are a great idea to make it easier to feed your pets without the fear of the crickets jumping on you, BUT, now I'm fearful of the crickets escaping the enclosure because of the huge gaps between the tubes and lids. I've attached photos to show just how much of a gap there is. It is definitely NOT a good idea to get this if you have very small crickets, as they will easily escape. The only reason I did not give this a 1⭐ is because I think the concept of this enclosure is great, but just very poorly executed. I'm now going to be using an ungodly amount of tape around the holes that the tubes go into to ensure that no crickets can escape the enclosure. This is true to size, per the measurements stated and I do feel that it should be pretty easy to clean, as the tubes do separate to clean inside them. The actual enclosure itself, as well as the tubes, are made of a hard plastic, whereas the lid feels very flimsy and cheap. Additionally, the flaps that cover the holes for the tubes are very flimsy and don't snap into place very well, if you are choosing to not use the tubes. Overall, not super thrilled about this product...I would almost rather risk the crickets jumping on me with my other cheaper enclosure over the thought of the crickets escaping from this one. ... show more

I hateeeee keeping crickets to feed my lizards. They die so easily, smell so bad and are hard to catch to feed. I got this cricket keeper to see if it could help and it did! It comes with 2 bowls that you can put water and food in to extend their life and gut load them. You can choose to put as many or as little of the sticks in as you want. I have two different “large” cricket keepers from the big name pet stores, and this one is considerably smaller than those two. With that being said, I still really like it due to the fact that it is well made and sturdy. The tubes are easy to remove and clean, and I appreciate the amount of airflow provided in the lid. Pretty good sized cricket keeper. This is way better than the plastic tubs they come in at the store. They seem to live a lot longer than the plastic tubs. It’s easy to use but it doesn’t come with instructions on how to assemble, but just go look at the picture and all will be fine in the world. It’s easy to use and easy to clean and even comes with water holders for the crickets. It does become messy when transporting it though is my only complaint about the water. My daughter had a leopard gecko, and he eats super worms. She has a giant cage for them, and it takes up too much space. This cage is perfectly sized, was a breeze to set up and works great to grab worms quickly and easily. The included tweezers are nice and long and easy to use.
